"The ladies and I had a truly wonderful time during our trip. The private penthouse was stunning with its own pool, breathtaking views, and a spacious terrace that exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, Stacey, the concierge, warmly greeted us and escorted us to the penthouse. It was clean, spacious and exactly as depicted in the listing photos perfect for our group of eight Stacey was exceptional, providing us with our tour and explaining how to operate the appliances. She also informed us that a maid would visit for General cleaning door during our stay which was included in the rental fee. However, the maid did not show up, which was a minor inconvenience. On Sunday, May 25 we encountered an issue with the power supply to the refrigerator and some of the appliances and the air conditioner. I immediately contacted Stacey, who probably arrived to address the problem. Unfortunately, she was unable to resolve it and mentioned that an external vendor would need to repair some sort of an outside fuse. She assured us it would be fixed within an hour or two, so we headed to the beach, albeit with some concern for the perishable food and medication in the refrigerator. Regrettably the issue was not resolved until about 5:30 or 6 PM that evening despite these two mishaps, we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider staying at the penthouse again if we return to.Sint Maarten. "

"This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancelation. It was beautiful and we wished we could have stayed here longer. It was clean and well maintained. Security was there all the time. The pool was nice. The full kitchen would have been nice, had we spent more time there. It was on a party street, so we could hear music late in to the night."

"This place was absolutely perfect for us for 10 days. The room and entire resort is very well kept. The pool area is great and was never over crowded. Honestly, few places end up actually being BETTER than the photos, but this is one of those places."

"Really we dont need more, for 1 or 2 people, the Studio is perfect, WiFi, one bed, small kictchen, friged, roku tv, air conditioned, big bath room, is quite place, the property is clean, good pool, gym, laundry room, 7 to the Maho beach, 12 to the Mullet beach, 15 minutes to the airport walking."
