This cozy property that overlooks the Mississippi River on 1/2 acre is your next perfect getaway. Having 2 separate buildings to split the group makes this location ideal for families , friend gatherings, couple getaways & fishing trips. Main building is a charming 2 bedroom/1 bath cabin with a hot tub and wood burning stove, fully stocked kitchen and living area. Second building is a 1 car garage with an upstairs finished loft that has heat/ac, kitchenette, full bathroom with a tub/shower combo ,2 additional queen beds and patio overlooking river.
From this property you can view the river bridge and boat landing.
Fenced in back yard with a fire pit area and hot tub.
Covered porch with gas grill available to enjoy evenings with a great view.
Pet friendly with a one time $50 pet fee per pet.
Short drive to local attractions such as pikes peak national park, yellow river forest, Prairie du Chien, Marquette and McGreggor.
30 min drive to Lacrosse WI
5 min drive to Lansing,IA
5 min from Ferryville, WI

3 night minimum stay for weekends from Memorial day to Labor day weekend.

Had fun, but we had some issues

Driveway is steep, and turns sharp, so it was tricky on fully loaded motorcycles. Property was pretty clean, but we couldn't stay in one room because the bed stunk. Property is right on the highway and train tracks. Careful of the low railing out to the hot tub deck, as a misstep could send you down a steep bank. The water in the room over the garage looks to come from a black water tank down in the garage and it's concerning how long that water sits in there, so maybe don't drink it. The manager also ghosted us after saying they would mail us a left behind item... Never got that either. Did we have a good time, yes... But there were issues.
