"It is close to shopping, subway, pharmacies, etc. It is clean, modern, and has a balcony the length of the apartment. The owner is very attentive and nice. The bed and is comfortable. I hope to stay her many more times in the future!"

"Spent a week in Santiago visiting family and friends. Apartment was super clean, well appointed, and the location was a perfect base camp to walk or drive short distances to some of the top restaurants and bars in the city. Location across from the Parque Araucano allowed us to go jogging and walking everyday. Excellent experience!"

"Unacceptable property. The owner changed the property at the last minute twice!! The final apt the owner offered me was very very dirty! I did not stay not even one night brcause it was disgusting. I had to go out and find a hotel to stay because the apt was disgusting and the owner did not care at all. I demand a full refund! I told tte owner and send pictures of the dirty apt. She did not care at all and stopped answering my messags. She lied and robbed me!! "

"Fairly new property , well maintained and conveniently located walking distance from restaurant and shopping. It also included parking which is almost a just due to no street parking availability One caveat in the how days of summer is that has no AC ( just a large fan) so you got to be ready to roll with that"
