We were at this LaQuinta for one week and found it to be an excellent property in all regards. Breakfast was excellent and very well maintained. Quiet, safe, clean property, near the airport for convenience. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Easy shuttle and close to the airport. Not as close to dining and site seeing but easy walk to the Riverboat. Overall good stay for our family of 4. Staff was very kind and helpful during our stay.

The room attendants weren’t cleaning rooms daily. On days they were dumping trash from room they didn’t make the bed. Even though the schedule was pointed the do’s were not all done. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Good: Very courteous and helpful staff. 24hrs airport shuttle service. Close to airport and grocery stores. Nearby area is safe. Good breakfast in morning, Comfortable bed. Bad: Lack of maintenance. Our room carpet was ripped and was a safety hazard. Fixtures in shower tub needed repairs. First room had weed smell. Cannot even stand in bathroom. Previous guest smoked weed in bathroom. Front desk initially suggested, weed is legal in Alaska and it must be from outside but promptly changed the room.

Property had more than adequate parking. This one particular shuttle driver not only drove us from the airport to the hotel, but also later recommended a nearby excellent restaurant for 3 family members by driving us to it. He also had offered us to drive us back to the hotel after a late lunch. But we instead had walked back to the hotel. The following day, he drove us to enterprise for a rental car at the airport. Great service.

The staff here are incredible. They are very personable and absolutely care about your needs and visit to Fairbanks. Megan was an absolute delight and drove out to the train depot for a pick up after just a phone call. Hot breakfast was included and delicious. The lobby was clean and decorated to celebrate the Alaskan culture very well. I’m very happy about my decision to book at this hotel.
