lovely hotel nice rooms very clean and friendly staff. The surrounding area was full of druggies so we did not feel safe and they were noisy and began fighting with knives and belts. would not use again

To be COMPLETELY HONEST: This was a business trip during a fair, so a long term stay and the main reason to choose the hotel was to save money and be quite close to the fair. This was successful. It was a decent breakfast for the price, the bed was fully OK and the bathroom clean. But the area itself horrendous: Drug addicts that You basically have to step over to get inside the hotel and a lot of XXX-content in the area. Avoid if travelling with children.

inside the hotel was acceptable if you didn't mind the broken plaster on the walls and dirty carpeting in the halls. Though it appeared on the map that the location was great, unfortunately every night the homeless and drug addicts hung out right next to the entrance door. I booked for 7 nights and could only stayed for 2 nights because of this. Felt very unsafe. The taxi cab driver said that the location was the worst in the city of Frankfurt.

Excellent hotel. Price is adequate considering the area. Staff also made us wait 30 minutes for 3pm check-in instead of waiting at the counter (over 3 groups) and work without apology. Simple check in with no explanation of breakfast, just receive a key card. Rooms are supposed to have the windows shut, but you can hear outside noises. You can hear the vagrants and drug addicts outside very well. Their voices echo until midnight. Not only the sound outside, but also the sound inside the hotel and the shower sound in the room next door can be heard very well. The breakfast room is not big enough for the number of people staying overnight and they can sit freely without any guidance. Great experience if you consider the area and the price and stay there.

Hotel razoavelmente bom. O preço estava caro, o quarto é pequeno e as instalações são antigas. Um bom lugar bom para dormir. Porém, o hotel fica próximo à estacão de trem e há muitos usuários de droga e craque andando na volta. A questao da segurança (especialmente à noite) não é boa. As ruas ao redor sao assustadoras ao anoitecer. Pela manhã são mais tranquilas. Sei que não é um problema do hotel e sim da sociedade e prefeitura da cidade. Sugiro cobrar providências dos políticos e prefeitos.

By far the worst neighborhood I've ever seen in any major city so far, swamped with drug junks and homeless, I feel sorry for the hotel crew, as the rooms themselves were okay, and the staff was friendly. But as also the on premises parking lot was a broken glass and urine stinking mess, I'll simply never be back here again and recommend anyone to just book 250m further away in any direction. Just not in the Bahnhof Viertel...

Für die Firma in Frankfurt über Nacht Hotel Bahnhofsnähe Umgebung einfach nur schrecklich Obdachlose Drogenabhängige und sonstiges, wie da bin ich noch nie so schnell in ein Hotel gelaufen! Eingangsbereich vom Hotel roch nach Canabis einfach ein Traum! Nicht zu empfehlen das nächste mal etwas mehr bezahlen dafür angeblichere Umgebung

First of all, Expedia needs to remove this hotel from the list Of hotels in Frankfurt Germany. Because No human being should book this hotel. Especially if you have children with you . , Please do not book this hotel.. In front of the hotel are infested with Drug addicts. This hotel is not safe. its Dirty , smells really bad. Also, there's no telephone in the room to call The front desk If there is an emergency in your room. The Television does not work in the rooms . No air condition in the rooms... In front. Of the hotel , there are junkies, yelling screaming and shooting up themselves with drugs all night long... I am pleading with Expedia to remove this hotel out of your hotel list...

Ich hab gar nicht da übernachtet richtig ekelhaft alles schmutzig Hotel Gänge richtigen schon sehr modrig das Zimmer dreckig ich bi sofort wieder gegangen die können selbst mit den Bakterien übernachten ausserdem will ich meine knapp 50 Euro zurück!! Ich habe schliesslich nicht in diesem Schweine Stall übernachtet Leute passt auf niemals in dieser Gegend und niemals dieses Hotel

Pior hotel da história

Pessimo hotel, em frente ao hotel é uma zona de moradores de rua e usuários de entorpecentes, área super perigosa, atendimento na recepção é ruim, estava no café da manhã que acabava às 10:30 e ficavam me avisando que o café acabava às 10:30 e eu ciente estava só terminando meu café, quando deu 10:30 em ponto a recepcionista veio até mim e disse que eu deveria parar o que estava fazendo e sair da área de café da manhã naquele exato momento e me neguei pois estava só terminando e não iria levantar, fora que cheguei 20 minutos antes do check in e este não foi nada flexibilizado, disse que só as 15:00 e que se eu quisesse entrar 20 minutos deveria pagar a mais, o quarto era muito quente e não tinha nada de ventilador ou ar condicionado, para o verão era só morrer de calor a noite, o hotel parece um deserto, e nós corredores há um cheiro ruim e forte, não vi ninguém em todo o momento que estive lá, com razão! Enfim, o pior hotel que já fiquei na vida e se quer uma dica, nunca tenha esse hotel como opção para ficar em Frankfurt!

Das muss man nicht erlebt haben

Ich kann die Zustände vor dem Hotel nicht mit Worten beschreiben ,extreme Rauschgiftszene präsentiert sich direkt am Hotel,im Hotel kein TV kein W-LAN aber reichlich Rattenfallen in der Lobby die Zimmer haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

Hotel mit Technik-Problemen

Das Rezeptions-und das Frühstücks-Petsonal waren freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings gibt es in dem Hotel mehrere technische Schwachstellen, z.B. funktionierte der Aufzug bei meiner Ankunft nicht, so dass ich notgedrungen die Treppen zu Fuß bis zu meinem Zimmer inkl. des mitgeführten Gepäcks erklimmen musste. Er fuhr zwar bis zur jeweiligen Etage, jedoch öffnete sich die Tür kein einziges Mal, obwohl ich es in mehreren Etagen versuchte. Lediglich wenn man ins EG zurück fuhr, öffnete sich die Aufzugstür. Die Nacht-Rezeptionistin versprach mir auf meine Beschwerde, einen Techniker zu informieren, der den Aufzug reparieren würde. Am nächsten Morgen funktionierte er dann tatsächlich wieder, als ich um ca. 10.00 Uhr zum Frühstück kam. Mein Zimmer war sauber, auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche und die Handtücher. Die Hotelfenster sind allerdings etwas unzureichend gegen den zumindest tagsüber starken Lärm gedämmt, der von Drogen-und Alkoholsüchtigen ausgeht, die stundenlang auf der Straße vor dem Hotel und seiner Umgebung herumlungern, sich Stoff beschaffen oder lautstark streiten, weshalb ich es gut fand, dass mehrmalige Polizei-Kontrollen im Bahnhofsviertel tagsüber und nachts stattfanden. Die Stehlampe in meinem Zimmer (es gab keine weitere Schreibtischlampe!) funktionierte nicht, da ein Pol des Steckers abgerissen war, sich daher nicht in die Steckdose einführen ließ. Eine Glühbirne wies die Lampe auch nicht auf. Der Fernseher in meinem Zimmer war ebenfalls kaputt.
