The property is just one mile north of the boundary of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike the Appalachian Trail, fish in roughly 2,900 miles of streams, and watch for passing wildlife in Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge is only eight miles north as well, where you'll find Dollywood, WonderWorks, and an assortment of wonderful dinner theaters.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
