We spent one night in the family room (2adults and 3 kids) and was surprised by the quality ofthis hotel ! So clean quiet and convenient! The room was brand new , each bedroom had its own minibar +a coffee/tea station

Beautiful property and beautifully renovated rooms. It is not very close to the old part of Bologna (23 minutes drive). One bathroom for a room of 5 is a bit crowded. The area was quiet but had a lot of mosquitos. Overall very good hotel though

Nice hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel. The entire place is very modern and beautifully designed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hotel restaurant served both breakfast and dinner, with a nice variety of dishes and good quality food. There’s also a cozy bar on-site, which was perfect for relaxing in the evening. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean and stylish place to stay

Alle 23,45 vengo svegliato da una coppia che magicamente si palesa nella mia camera con le stesse chiavi ......si scusano e vanno via ......alle ore 24,00 mi chiamano dalla reception chidendomi di nuovo i miei dati e quelli della mia compagna, mai vista una cosa del genere!!! Meno male che eravamo in camera, altrimenti i due sconosciuti avrebbero avuto accesso ai miei oggetti personali (borse, zaini ecc...)

ho lasciato delle cose nella cassaforte non hanno un servizio con un corriere mi sembra strano per un HILTON ho dovuto organizzare il ritiro presso di loro, intendiamoci avrei pagato ioI le spese ma se organizzavano loro il ritiro era tutto più semplice. per questo i servizzi e il personale mi hanno un pochino deluso altrimenti tutto a 5 stelle

The hotel is very nice. Great staff. Only issue: no transportation. There’s very limited public transport around. However, a taxi could cost you on average 20€ to/from downtown. Other than transportation, the hotel is very good.

There is no blanket at this hotel. There is only one worker at the night. He doesn’t now anything about where the blankets are. We need the make a door open and get the one.

Stayed here for one night. Asked for a quiet room on a high floor and was given a room right next to the lift shaft, which also has wooden floors so super noisy. Moved to another room which had an un-renovated and old fashioned bathroom and was filthy. Black hairs were everywhere including on the bedding, the pillows looked dirty, and I didn’t even want to lay on it. Plug sockets next to bed didn’t work. Light switches next to bed also didn’t work, so we had to use the fuse box at the front door to turn the lights off. Breakfast wasn’t great, things didn’t taste fresh and staff wasn’t friendly. Wouldn’t recommend, and definitely won’t return
