This site is closed would like a refund and compensation for the inconvenience of having to drive around and find a new hotel for the night and not able to do what was planned in area do to this inconvenience. From some of the locals this site has been shut down for over a year and has been reported to you. Please take it off your list and taking peoples money.

This hotel is closed and abandoned. Grass hasn’t been cut in months, staff desk is boarded up and padlocked. And of course, no email telling me they closed. How shotty is Expedia for not knowing this?

This is a older hotel that is perfect for a good night’s sleep, no frills just a good old fashioned hotel. It could probably use some upgrades but the rooms are clean and the the staff is friendly. I plan on spending more time in Ironwood over the next few months and I will be staying here again.

Clean, quiet. Under renovation, a good night’s stay. I appreciate the owners are working hard on the place while living in the building. A mom and pop organization with a younger couple. So great to see.

The worst possible scenario. The motel was shut down and all lights off. Another person with a reservation pulled in the lot at the same time and we determined to go to another OYO location nearby. Was a waste of time. Would have been better/safer to stay in the derelict location.

Massive disappointment

We were transferred to this location because we were told hotels.com overbooked them. Paid for a king size bed, but received two full size beds. Tiny room, no TV or WiFi, no heat with 38 degree nights, wires hanging on the walls, no smoke detector, no breakfast, basically there were NO amenities! If there had been availability somewhere else we would have been out of there!! Plus location has several adult/men type clubs right by it!!

The chain lock was not attached to one side, Not safe! Doors falling apart. No updating here. It was very warm which was nice. I would not stay here again.
