This is a family seafront apartment that has been furnished to a good standard and has excellent sea and mountain views. The apartment is located just above a beach in the area of Dobrota and would be brilliant for families, as there is only a distance of 5 meters to to the sea. The apartment is situated in the quiet coastal village of Dobrota, which is also only a 2 minute drive away to the main town of Kotor, in this region. There are also many local restaurants, markets and cafes which are nearby and all in walking distance. The apartment additionally benefits with having a car parking space reserved for staying guests.

The village of Dobrota is famous for its numerous sunny days and has plenty of aquatic life, such as mussels and different types of fish, and fishermen have been fishing for over four hundred years under its old oak-trees. The location is perfect for guests, as its well connected to the towns of Kotor, Perast and Herceg Novi; which are all reachable by local transport buses. The Boka Bay cannot praise itself for having sandy and delightful beaches, however it is such a pleasure to experience its peaceful setting and mountain views.
