By car, you can be in Lerwick town centre and museum in just five minutes, or exploring Tingwall lochs, Scalloway’s harbour and castle, and the sandy beach at Sound within 10 minutes. St Ninian’s Isle is a short hop away at around 25 minutes’ drive, while Sumburgh Head with its puffins is about 40 minutes away.
