Wonderful room

One of the best properties I have ever stayed. Great location and very spacious room with a balcony. Fully serviced bath room and the towels were of best quality.

Lovely stay

Had an extremely pleasant stay at this charming, convenient and friendly hotel. Thanks to the particularly kind and helpful receptionist who informed me of a not to be missed concert at the KKL my overnight was more special than I could have imagined. This I appreciated more than I can say. Big plus Bellini restaurant which is part of the structure. Will definitely stay here again.

Located just a short walk across the street from Lucern Station. Clean hotel with comfortable facilities. Excellent breakfast. Close to many restaurants, market, historic sites of interest, shopping. Easy check in and out process. Reasonable price. Close to river running path. Highly recommend.

Nice place, nice staff, room was nice with a good view and balcony. Furniture needs updating (badly chipped) but overall the price just doesn’t match the hotel, it’s way too expensive. Breakfast was poor as were the grumpy waiting staff.

This hotel should be rated a 3 stars, but 4 stars.

There was a construction in the hotel and they did not notify first of all. And when the crazy drilling sound began, they said it is unavoidable from 9am-6pm, but the following morning really loud drilling started from 7:30am. I made audio recordings as proof. It felt like right above my room but hotel said it is entire floors. Horrible. If I knew this was on, I would've changed the hotel. The room was quite dark and light was not enough, and it was cold and they heater was not working. The gym was pathetic and it was broken anyway - a tiny room with two broken old machine. They should not list gym as an option to be fair. The bed was not comfortable and very small - it was not the quality of 4 star- hotel. They also did not have a choice of late check out.

Gute Lage, in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer

Sehr gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind allerdings stark in die Jahre gekommen. Am Morgen sind wir kurz aus dem Hotem, um einen Kaffee zu trinken (wir haben nicht ausgecheckt), als wir zurück kamen war das ganze Zimmer schon ausgeräumt und das Bett abgezogen. Für den Preis von CHF 200 pro Nacht erwarte ich etwas anderes.

Personal service we received was excellent, including recommending and booking things to do: Pilatus golden circle loop was a fantastic day and greatly enjoyed. Boat cruise on Lake Luzern made for a perfect afternoon. All activities were easily accessible from the hotel.

Es el peor hotel que llegue en el recorrido hecho, se supone que es de 4 estrellas, era hotel boutique, desde que llegamos me dijeron que nos habían dado un ascenso por haber reservado en Boutique, no me quiero imaginar como estaban las otras habitaciones, las toalla No las cambiaron, solo las doblaron o acomodaron, habitación pequeña muy mal distribuida por ser de medidas irregulares supongo, disque mucha modernidad pero para poder apagar los focos fue un show, el último día un señor abrió la puerta sin tocar y lo conforme “se disculpa con la puerta aburre”, en k cae de cerrarla y de afuera pedir las disculpas… No me volvería a hospedar ahí ni de chiste

We chose a junior suite as I wake up much earlier than my wife. The suite had good amenities, had been recently renovated, and had a very comfortable bed w soft pillows, which was not that common to my surprise in Switzerland! Staff were helpful although when we arrived it was crowded so had to wait to check-in. Location is great-next to train station but safe good neighborhood. Orbitz sends the wrong address where there's no entrance; correct address is for Continental Park Hotel right around the corner
