このたびちょっと驚いた事はお部屋にティッシュが全くなかったことです。補充忘れとかそういうことではなく、ティッシュボックスそのものがなくて一生懸命いろんなところ探したけどやっぱりないんです。部屋代50円あげてもいいから最低量のティッシュ置いてください。

最初の受付係りが経験不足。 　説明不足（風呂時間、食事時間場所説明無し）、朝の食事チケット渡し忘れ、３部屋４名で借りたがルームキーの渡し間違いあり（入室できない） 　１０時にルームキーを箱にいれてチェックアウトしたが、外に出るとき受付係り、立ちっているだけでありがとうございました。の言葉なし。　それら意外は料金、システム、風呂、朝食に満足、また利用したいのでよりよくなっていることを望みます。

些細なことですが、テレビの館内の案内が「男性の大浴場は2階」となっていたことと、大浴場の外に貴重品ロッカーがあることがわからず少し戸惑いました。しかし部屋も大浴場も綺麗で、とても気持ちよく快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。また利用したいと思います。

ダブルお部屋に止まりました。施設全体やお部屋の中も綺麗で清潔に掃除されているし広さも十分で快適に過ごしました。大浴場もあって疲れが取れたのもよかったです。ホテルの周りにレストランが少ないのは残念でしたが朝食のブッフェは予想より質が良くて満足に食事できました。
