"Very poorly organized. We were not prepared for the lack of infrastructure. No towels, no electricity and inadequate signage. No on site staff. "

"It was a rough shock to realize there is no self service and there was an up charge (~$60+) for a very slow Internet that was not disclosed upfront. Also, there was no check-in after a certain hours which was not clear and the original instructions. The location itself was beautiful, cabin was clean. "

"I don’t know how to rate this because I rented this cabin from Expedia, but Son’s said I did NOT have a reservation. They said they were fully booked. Not one opening. I have YET to get my refund. We already had three cabins rented. We’ve been here all weekend and about a quarter of the places are empty. I just don’t know what to think. The actual place is amazing, beautiful, fun….but why Expedia rented this to me and took my money and Son’s said no, I do not know. And nobody will take...
