Nestled in the heart of historic New Silver Beach this charming four bedroom colonial is ready to host your classic Cape Cod vacation! The 1st floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room and enclosed front porch. The 2nd floor has four bedrooms and another full bathroom. There is large yard, outdoor shower, patio for outdoor dining and fabulous firepit! Just a short stroll to the beach, the local store, kayaking, tennis, playground and more!
No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties.
Tenant agrees to not have more than the number of maximum number of guests without prior authorization from host.
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess garbage removal $50 per contractor bag of trash beyond the what fills the garbage cans provided
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess cleaning at a rate of $50 per hour for cleaning services. Excess cleaning may be required for large messes, stains to carpet, excess trash removal, or any cleaning required beyond what is normal and customary for the cleaning of the house.
Tenant agrees to pay for any damage caused to the house, or its contents including furniture, glassware, cookware, art, carpets, walls, linens, any other contents of the house.

Bait and Switch Pricing

The house was a bit tired, but the key things that were an issue for us were: a) listing price was $ 650/ night and actual price ended up about $ 1,100; b) no soap for showers; and c) absolutely terrible post & pans as well as kitchen equipment. This was not a value. You can't pass off Yankee frugal as charming when it is basically cheap old stuff in poor condition. And the pricing was just not honest
