Modern 1-bedroom Villa located in a quiet neighborhood, 2km away from Saint Florent Beach and close to grocery shops (Leclerc mall 5min walking, hairdresser, restaurants...). Behind the fence you will find a private parking lot, a large garden, a shady terrace and a private heated pool with a nice, unobstructed view on the Mediterranean landscape.
It is tastefully furnished and has all the necessary equipment for your stay (air-conditioning, Wi-Fi...). It is perfect for a couple because it has a master bedroom with modern bathroom, but it can as well accommodate 4 guests thanks to a sofa bed.

Wir sind sehr nett von Marina empfangen worden und alle wichtigen Dinge konnten trotz Sprachbarriere geklärt werden (ein wenig Französisch, ein wenig Englisch und den Rest hat Google übernommen) . Das Haus mit sauberem Pool ist ein Reihenendhaus, dadurch hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr und absolute Ruhe. Der Supermarkt und ein ital. Restaurant sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch bis Saint-Florent sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten vermisst ( keine Haken für die Handtücher im Bad, der Kleiderschrank war kaum nutzbar, da sich dort die Waschmaschine und auf der anderen Seite die Anlage für die Warmwasseraufbereitung befand ). Das Haus war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Leider hat der versprochene Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche nicht stattgefunden, so dass wir dann selbst waschen mussten... Deswegen nur 4 von 5 Sternen, aber trotzdem ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf einer wunderschönen Insel! LG Vicki & Marko

Villa TB située,bien conçue mais pr 2 pers car peu de rangemt le lave-linge ayanf été rajouté ds la penderie de la chbre,et il faut passer par la cbre pr accéder aux wc et à la sdb.Litterie des 2 couchages de TB qualité. Pts négatifs: -ménage non satisfaisant.Cafetière tassimo non vidée et sale,réceptacle de tasse moisi.Fenêtres sdb et wc sales,à l'ouverture poussières et grosses toiles d'araignées ds la figure.Aspirateur et sa brosse très sales,non vidé,et rangé ds la penderie,me reste le balais ms ss pêle à poussière. - Pelouse non tondue,pas de parasol ni toile tendue sur la terrasse.C'est le mari de Christine,contact sur place très sympathique,qui est venu avec son escabeau pr l'installer avec mon mari. - Piscine en béton qui pourrait être agréable,mais fuyait et était mal entretenue,elle n'invitait pas à la baignade.Une personne venait la remplir,déposait 1 pastille de chl mais ne nettoyait pas le fond de la piscine,donc les verres de terre y restaient en décomposition... -Eclairage extérieur très faible à la tombée de la nuit. J'ai envoyé 1 mail très cordial au propriétaire ,photos à l'appui, pour lui remonter ces désagréments car n'étant pas sur place,il lui était difficile de constater tt ça.Je lui ai rappelé aussi qu'il ns demandait le règlement total du séjour à la réserv,ce que je respecte, qu'il respecte alors aussi, ses locataires, et que je trouvais justifié de me rbser le montant du forfait ménage,réglé à notre arrivée...Il m'a répondu surpris de cette situation,et qu'il allait remédier aux pbs,mais qu'il doutait vraiment de ma sincérité!!Que l'éclairage est ce qu'il est,que l'aspi n'étant pas ds le descriptif n'avait rien à faire ds la loc.qt au ménage,il m'envoyait la respble et qqu'un pr tondre. La respble du ménage est venue le samedi suivant,me prend de haut,et suis obligée de lui montrer les photos pr être crue!reprend l'aspi avec du mal en me disant qu 'un aspi était ft pr aspirer les poussières dc son état ne la choquait pas!ms ne se propose pas pr autant de faire les carreaux... La pelouse a été tondue.Pr la piscine rien,Ns ne ns sommes pas bgnés. C'est la 1ere fois en 8 ans que nous louons en Corse que j'aie de telles réclamations à faire et que je passe pr une menteuse photos à l'appui.

Notre séjour fût parfait car le propriétaire avait, dès le début, été disponible pour répondre à nos demandes, et Christine, la personne qui faisait le relais en Corse, l'était tout autant et de plus fort sympathique. La maison est, pour une location saisonnière, pourvue de tout le confort moderne, il y a 2 barbecues (électriques et au charbon), un parasol de plage... de surcroit, elle était très propre. Ne manquait peut être qu'un peu de rangement, de la vaisselle supplémentaire et le wifi mais pour ce dernier, cela peut parfois être un avantage, celui de se déconnecter pendant les vacances. A RECOMMANDER

Nous avons passé 3 semaines exceptionnelles en Corse dans cette mini villa. Tout était au rendez vous, le soleil, la chaleur, de l'air (il y a toujours une agréable brise au bord de la piscine et sur la terrasse), les paysages... Encore merci pour cette location : le cadre, le calme et le confort de la villa nous ont permis de passer de magnifique vacances et de découvrir la Haute Corse. Nous y reviendrons sûrement. XB
