Spacious Condo

The unit was large with a great view. The resort amenities were great. The lazy river was a big hit within our group. The unit definitely needs some TLC as mentioned by other recent reviews, but it served its purpose for our family vacation.

Beautiful place to stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Kids loved the pools and lazy river. The sofa bed in the side room needs replacing, if you plan to have someone stay in that room, I would bring an air mattress. Balcony door latch needs to be fixed. Other than these two issues it is a great place, great location, clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Orange Beach family getaway

Fourth of July vacation with family. Great location to see the beach and all the boats on the river. Great location to see the fireworks on the 4th. Ample room for 7 adults and 2 kids. Everything worked great the the large extra ice maker came in handy. Despite the 3 large condos of people the pool areas weren't too crowed.

Would stay again

Very spacious, clean home. This place went beyond our expectations and so glad we chose to stay here. Ocean view is beautiful. U can catch the shuttle to the beach so u don’t have to drive and that was a plus!! Didn’t have to drive far for food or shopping. My family and I would definitely choose this place to stay again!!

The resort itself is great. This particular unit had several damaged pieces of furniture and was poorly furnished, for example, one dishrag in the kitchen. It is spacious, but it could use several updates and items to make it feel more homey.

Needed a few more days

We had a great time. Kids, ages 7, 8, 12, 13 and the resort kept them them busy the entire stay. The Condo was exactly as advertised. The youngest kids stayed in the extra bedroom with pullout couch(TV room) or in the living room pullout couch. Plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms for large families. 8 of us and could have fit a few more, easily!

The condo was spacious but in need of some care. The balcony doesn't lock (normally not a big deal but you can hop the wall to get to and from lazy river area, so felt a little vulnerable) ice machine didn't work, dish washer flooded when turned on, and washing machine had a lot of black mold. Although it was advertised as fitting 12 ppl we did not have enough towels for everyone to shower in one day, so we had to take shifts and use the moldy washing machine often. The pull out couches were a little gross looking. We appreciated the space and the comfortable bed, and still had a great time.

We love Caribe, but not Vacasa

Save yourself headaches, and book directly with Caribe. We were issued 1 key card for our party of 7 adults. When we contacted Vacasa to get another, they didn’t seem concerned. They were insistent that 2 were left for us, and wouldn’t listen when we told them we received 1. Their solution was for us to purchase a new key from the Caribe reservation desk. I don’t think an additional key is an unreasonable request, and thankfully the Caribe reservation desk agreed and provided 2 more keys at no charge. Condo itself is beautiful. Some of the furniture needs repair, and the pull out sofa bed is not comfortable. Ceiling fan in the living room doesn’t work. The dishwasher door is heavy and broken. It falls open without slowing, and nearly knocked out our toddler. There is only 1 extra blanket, and it didn’t look very clean, so be sure to bring your own. Silverware needs to be restocked too. There were no spoons.

Great price!

Loved what we got for the price we paid! Just beautiful! Had a little trouble first night with no bedding for all of our guests. Said it slept 12 but only enough bedding for 4 individuals not 5. Could not get sheets til next day and entered our room without permission when we were gone (even though we requested them not to without us there).

Spacious yet dirty. Bottoms of our feet were black after walking barefoot across the floor. Sand and trash under all of the beds. Laundry area reeked of cigarette smoke. No starter supplies upon arrival (dish soap, paper towel roll, not even a garbage bag in the garbage can.)

Best Stay

This unit is really nice and spacious. It is located in building D with a parking spot very close to the elevators (convenient). The kitchen is surprisingly well stocked, which was perfect for our family. The master bedroom and bath are HUGE. Loved having a half bath in the hallway. I didn’t even notice when I booked that the picture with a small couch and TV is a bonus room that can be closed off (doors) as a bedroom (couch pulls out to a bed). This building is easy access to the level 3 Lazy River and pools and/or the Ground floor pools with fun slides for the kids and arcade and all. The owner thought of everything with having a crockpot, coffee maker, Keurig as well, and plenty of utensils and dishes. The kitchen is gorgeous and the pantry was so spacious you could leave the counter tops clean (even with teenagers). I brought a laniard to wear to keep track of my key card easily and brought beach towels and laundry stuff for all of the pool time. I would definitely book this unit again. I already miss having morning coffee with a beautiful view.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was large and spacious. It was well equipped with all appliances. Had a large wrap around balcony that allowed you to see the bay, ocean and the pool. It comfortably accommodated a family of 12. Caribe Resort was also excellent! They had alot to offer for both adults and children. I would definitely book at this resort again. This was my 2nd trip booked with Vacasa and given the opportunity, I would also book with them again
