The host did not communicate well during the month leading to the arrival date. On the morning of the arrival date the host informed us that there is a bedbug issue and our reservation was canceled. We were on our way to Paris when the message arrived!! We had to pay double to rent another apartment. Very disappointing experience…

Photos mensongères, il y a plein de dégradations dans l’appartement, tout a été signalé à l’agence qui le gère. De plus, je n’ai pas du tout apprécié les différents messages en anglais envoyés automatiquement. Je ne ferai plus appel au site Abritel et je déconseille cette location .

Logement jamais vu. Le propriétaire prévient 1h avant l'heure de rendez vous qu'il y a un dégats des eaux et qu'il est donc impossible d'avoir de logement. je me retrouve donc à la rue à 17h. sans logement. après avoir appelé Abritel je me retrouve dans une situation ou je me dois de payer un logement à paris à 18h00 et ceux ci promettent un remboursement. (sachant que nous étions le vendredi). TOP. je ne recommande pas a fuir sincérement.
