"Fantastic location, close to public transit and all the tourist attractions. But a few details to consider: each room is up a set of steep stairs, kitchen is in the basement with few amenities (ie no coffeemaker, coffee or kitchen towels of any kind). Wonderful upstairs patio and sun room on top of the house. Owner did not respond to communication once we were in. I would say great for completely mobile adults who are up for a historic, funky space and willing to go out for coffee."
