"Parking at this hotel was excellent surface parking lot. The room was nice and clean and the bed for me was excellent for comfort. I have a very bad back and at home generally sleep in an inclined recliner. This is by a wide margin the best bed I have slept in in years so much so that upon returning home I immediately went mattress shopping.
The breakfast was only $5.00 for a nice, basic selection of scrambled eggs, perfectly cooked bacon, pastries, home fries, rotating special side dishes, coffee and tea. The chef was friendly and was out in front. He and his staff alone make the morning breakfast worth the trip.
The day time and even desk staff was friendly and helpful although on my checkout day the woman at the front desk was looked like she’d rather be anywhere else than where she was. I found her about as hospitable as a slug.
Overall, a good stay and I will almost certainly stay here again during my monthly trip from Connecticut to Timonium to visit my daughter, her husband and my infant grandson."
