It is located on the first and last floor of a building with a spacious and nice mezzanine and downstairs a living room with fitted kitchen, bunkerbeds, shower room and separate toilet. There is a terrace/balcony with fence, south-east exposition, one parking place.

This is a quiet residence very close to all amenities and of course the beach. Portiragnes has much to offer, there are water sports, horse-riding and of course the famous canal du midi. CLEANING FEES INCLUDED
