Located 4.5 miles North of San Pedro town, in the peaceful residential area of Mata Grande, Indigo Beach Homes is an exclusive collection of 15 Gold Standard Certified condos, boasting at least 1,800 sq. ft. of indoor living area and over 375 sq. ft. of furnished outdoor deck space. Beach Home 1A is beautifully designed with 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, open concept living room, dining room and furnished with modern kitchen, that is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fitted with granite counter tops and local exotic hardwood cabinets. The kitchen is complete with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, glassware, dinnerware, cutlery and cookware. A true home away from home!

Designed to bring in the "Aire fresco" to your vacation home, open your glass doors, to the spacious wrap around deck, furnished with handmade Belizean hardwood. All homes have stunning ocean views and pool view from their private veranda, there is no bad view on this property. The indoor and outdoor space is perfect to gather in large or small groups enjoying the view, reading a book, playing a game or just relaxing with the cool Caribbean Sea Breeze.

From floor to ceiling, prepare to be "wowed" by the unique designs of exotic hardwood, stylish interior décor and the comfort of a beach home with a touch of luxury. While you can enjoy the sun and sea breeze from the veranda, for upmost comfort, all beach homes are fully air conditioned, so you can enjoy the indoor space too.

All Indigo guests have access to the resort pool, private beach and private dock.

Your reservation includes complimentary concierge services and our team of experts will assist you with all of the travel logistics to get you to your vacation home. During your vacation, our team can assist you in booking your tours/activities. Most marine tours depart right from the dock, and tours are arranged as private charters for just your travel party.

Whether it is a couples getaway or a family beach vacation, Indigo Beach Homes offer a special vacation rental experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We follow an international enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. All beach homes are prepared by trained cleaners following an extensive cleaning checklist, wearing protective gear and using disinfectants approved by global health agencies. Paradise Awaits at Indigo

A very nice (large) condo/home. Such a pleasant surprise it was to find this clean home/well kept grounds in North Ambergris Caye. Quiet location with pool and dock. The office was helpful from the moment I booked. They were willing to help us with transfers, rentals, excursions etc. Close to great restaurants and secret beach. We will be back.

Should be perfect being this far north on the key

The condo is a nice size and looks great in photos. Being this far north on the key without nearby restaurants and amenities, it should strive to be perfect in all other ways, but it’s far from it. The condo has a number of unaddressed maintenance issues, including 3+ windows that can’t be fully closed or locked and a non-functioning safe, making it impossible to secure your personal belongings. I asked the manager to reset the safe and provide dowel rods to secure the windows (one in my son’s bedroom and two in the primary), but those simple solutions never materialized during our 5-day stay. He interrupted our days by sending two guys to do some other minor repairs, however. Other notes: - There are no window covering on the living room and kitchen windows, and coverings on all other windows and doors are either non-functioning or minimal with a lot of transparency, which felt uncomfortable on this ground floor unit. - Several of the condo’s light fixtures are outfitted with flickering, non-dimmable fluorescent lightbulbs, not the warm light you see in the listing photos. - There are *maybe* six rocks glasses, so BYO water bottles if you want to stay hydrated unless you like drinking out of visibly dirty plastic cups. - Don’t expect honest restaurant/activity recommendations. - After all that, the manager also told me to strip the beds at checkout in addition to all of the other checkout duties. Won’t be back.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Indigo immensely! It was very comfortable for the 10 days we were there. Up north closer to Secret Beach, but just a short ride to town in our golf carts! The concierge helped arrange our Tropic Air flights and our carts were parked and ready for us at check in. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful!

This place is beautiful. Well cared for grounds, pool and villas. George was wonderful. He took care of all our needs. I didn’t care for the FIRM beds but my travel partners loved them. The distance from restaurants and town make it a little challenging so a golf cart rental is a must. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is distance to town was too far.

Peaceful vacation, Amazing views

This beachfront condo was a perfect fit for the six of us, which included to Jr. High aged girls. The condo was spacious and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. We had beautiful views of the sunrise from our patio every morning and our snorkel/scuba guide picked us up from the dock directly in front of our condo, where we also caught the water taxi back into San Pedro when we wanted to go there. The resort was quiet and we rarely saw other guests. There was an occasional peddler on the beach but nothing annoying and we enjoyed that. The negatives are that this location is remote and there are no dining options within walking distance so come prepared. Also, there is nothing included with this VRBO such as bicycles or kayaks. Everything has a charge, including extra water if you need it. Additionally, we did not find the property management staff to be friendly and accommodating as we have experienced before in Belize on the mainland. Having said that, I would recommend Indigo and would also stay there again.

Nice unit in a small quiet private community

We enjoyed our time at the indigo community. George was wonderful to make all reservations for our activities and gave us recommendations for dining. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to go into San Pedro for dining and groceries. The snorkeling and fishing were amazing! We spent quiet down time at the pool.

Amazing!

We just returned home from our 5 day stay at Indigo and it was perfect! We stayed in the 3 bedroom first floor beachfront condo and everything about it was amazing. Jeorge was great and there to answer any questions. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport with Walter who was also great. The condo is about a 25 minute golf cart ride into town but there is also lots of stuff to do close to Indigo too. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful trip!

Our family stayed at Indigo in June 2018. Ambergris Caye is a beautiful island with charming restaurants, fun activities and incredible water views. The people are very friendly. Jeorge was incredible! He arranged Tropic Air reservations, booked excursions for both sailing,snorkeling, Mayan ruin and cave tubing activities. Experiencing the Belizian culture was important to us, and Jeorge was able to able to connect us with a personal guide (Alex). We ordered groceries and a golf cart ahead of time, so when we arrived all we had to do was relax. The resort was peaceful, clean and accommodating. I would highly recommend Indigo!

Beautiful but nothing else to offer

The condo was beautiful but lacked anything else. No restaurant on the property, no bartender on the property. You could not play music at the pool. We had a hammock but it would not be put out until 8:30-9:00 am and was gone by 4:00 pm. We were supposed to get 5 gallons of water free...but what we got was 1/2 of what was left by the previous guests and then charged for the 5 gallons we opened new. We had to pay for our transfers to and from airport and when asked about this I got the response that most places charge: which is not true since we have stayed at many places on the island for the past 15 years and have never been charged. We love the island but will not stay here in the future.
