But we consider to find another place to stay for two reasons: 1- the food court, although with a lot of good food, it is extremely noisy. Some noise dampening definetly is needed. "Well it certainly lives up to its name! Quiet set of 6 apartments on a private road with a great view over the rooftops of Maspalomas and out to the ocean. From the apartment I had it’s possible to enjoy the view from the comfort of the sofa. "Hosts were reachable and friendly, English was very good. Accomodation was equipped with everything you need and well cleaned. Location was as described. We expected a hot tub and a heated pool as described in the advertisement, but that was not the case and was a bit unfortunate since the water of the pool was rather cold (feasible, but not warm). All by all we had a nice stay."

"We stayed for 2 weeks in February 2025 . The villa is large - on three storeys - with spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely (cold water) pool with lawns and a generously-sized patio. The check-in was easy with a very helpfull , nice and responsive host. Mid - stay cleaning was very good. We will stay in the villa again."
