Hotel was nice. Located in what I would say is an industrial area. It was safe and quiet area though. We did have noisy neighbors but overall it was nice. Breakfast was good. There is a grocery store very close by and a Lawsons. I would stay there again.

The hotel was excellent and affordable for our in-season stay. The train station was right across the street, making it easy to reach our destinations. There were many convenience stores nearby, including one inside the hotel, as well as a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Japan.

This is the perfect place if you want to explore Tokyo and do Disney. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only downside is there aren’t many food options/sit down restaurants within walking distance.

The room was spacious and i loved the pajamas. They do have a little refrigerator, which is nice. The hotel is across the street from the shiomi station, so very convenient to getting around. Tokyo Station is about 10 min train ride. Very quiet neighborhood.

4/4.5 hotel situated 7 minutes from Tokyo station (ie. 3 stops away). Booked a room with 3 beds and the room still has plenty of space for 3 large luggages. Very clean and modern. It’s a gem in close proximity to Tokyo station at a reasonable price.
