"Great place to stayover preparing for the hot air balloon ride. Nice environment and surrounding. Requested extra bottled water from reception and was given to us. Thanks. Lady manning the restaurant opposite the reception seems not to know much about its operation. I asked for evening dinner - thanksgiving menu and she mentioned her supervisor will call. No one called. Then later, I found out the restaurant is not operating that night and the thanksgiving dinner is for tomorrow's evening...

"Beautiful grounds, have visited before only to eat at restaurants but I was disappointed they did not reserve specific parking for guest staying there. They had a huge event that day n there was no parking, had to keep going around and around. Paying guests shouldn’t struggle to find parking for price we paid per night, they need to prepare better for these events "

"This was my second stay at the TCI and I really enjoyed it! I stayed in their newly renovated rooms, which are great. I had 0 complaints regarding their older rooms, in fact I enjoy the old charm of their previous style- but I understand the need for hardwood floors (versus the old carpet). Nevertheless, check in + out is always a breeze- the cleaning staff respects the DND sign which I appreciate! I did happen to leave an item behind in the safe which I noticed nearly a day after I returned...
