The prior reviews were right - the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and cleanest rooms around. Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The Green Harbor was absolutely amazing. Great view of the bay, close proximity of restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. We had a 2 bedroom2bath townhouse and it was spotless. Comfortable furniture and the view was beautiful. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend staying at Green Harbor Resort

Green Harbor Resort, West Yarmouth, Cape Cod

Property is meticulously maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is on the bay with beautiful views and has a private beach. Very quiet, located on a dead-end street away from busy Rt 28 yet 5 mins from the Hyannis ferries. Many outdoor activities and amenities are included. They supply beach towels, beach chairs, & lounge chairs for you to use on the beach, in addition to, the chairs/tables located at the pool. Picnic tables and grills are also provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that they remove the carpets. It would help reduce the mustiness that is pretty standard in most hotels on the Cape. We had a lovely time and plan on staying there again! Highly recommend for young families.

We loved our stay here. The location is ideal, right on the bay. We loved the private beach and enjoyed watching the sunset there each evening. The heated pool was a wonderful respite each evening after our adventures in the area. We had wanted to use the canoes, but found they are only available in the morning during higher tide conditions in the bay. We hope to return here again for a longer stay.

The property well maintained and had beautiful flowers everywhere. There is a nice private beach, and they have beach chairs for the guestto use for free! Daily activities for children too.

I absolutely LOVED this place. We stayed middle of October and it was beyond gorgeous. The resort is right on the waterm access to chairs to sit on the beach, place for kids to play. The small room we got was exactly was expected. It was clean, and perfect. Quiet. Staff even helped show us where places were to eat nearby. 10/10 We cannot wait to come back. The was one of the best vacations we took.

So quaint and relaxing

The resort is so quaint and everything that you would want to have staying on the Cape. It could use some updating in the decor and the finishes, but everything is so clean and comfortable. The beach is wonderful, the pool is heated and lovely. The staff was warm and welcoming. It was a wonderful place to stay to explore the Cape and so close to Hyannis with the shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Green Harbor to others.

This was a lovely family friendly resort. We appreciated all of the "extras" that came with the property including the entertaining pirate scavenger hunt, 1 pm popsicles, miniature golf, canoeing equip etc. Only suggestion: should post a sign about the jellyfish that come in during tide change.

I missed that there was no food, not even breakfast. Housekeeping was only on request, which really surprised me. I felt that I paid a lot for my unit, which was spacious, with windows on three sides. I am in my 60s, and the toilet was extremely low and very awkward. The faucet knocked in the bathroom was very difficult to pull on. I struggled with it. I also felt there should have been easier-to-reach bedside lamps. They were high over my head on the wall. And the mattress was uncomfortable: excessively firm. I've never stayed anywhere with such a hard mattress. I felt that they wanted to accommodate my handicapped mobility, paving a special sign for patting right outside my unit, which was nice. And they offered to drive me in their golf cart to the beach. So, it was a mixed bag. But I think I learned never to pay as much as I did, if they aren't even offering breakfast options and automatic housekeeping.

This was our first stay and it won't be our last! We found the hotel to offer everything we wanted. We had a beautiful view of the water from our room. We enjoyed the huge room with full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, and a nice deck to sit outside. The management team is wonderful! They are friendly and helpful. We liked how the hotel is quiet and away from stores and restaurants but close enough to Hyannis and other villages to sightsee or grab the ferry to Nantucket. We ate a leisurely breakfast in our room every morning and watched fishermen, boats, and others on the water.

Most units have view of Lewis Bay. The units are very clean. The staff was great and professional, plus friendly and very helpful. Plumbing of sink is not the best, which needs faster water drainage.

Our stay was excellent and I will definitely return. We love Cape Cod in September and at Green Harbor everything you need is right there! Beach, pool, games - we used the mini golf course every day! Plus it’s a short drive to anything else you do want or need. The property is so well cared for and the staff is kind. The flowers all around the property are a nice touch.

Lovely relaxing family friendly resort on the beach with fun activities for the children. Staff very helpful. Large 2 bed apartment, very clean and spacious but very out of date furnishings. Sofas were uncomfortable and could benefit from some cushions.

We loved the private beach! It made going to the beach so much easier; there was no waiting to get in the beach parking lot, no paying $35.00 to park, no hauling beach chairs and umbrellas, and no crowded beach. It made the trip so much more relaxing!

This was a lovely property, much quieter than the other red jacket properties. Please be aware of the property that you book. Yes you can visit all the properties but the Green harbor has no poolside bar or music and definitely not as vibrant as the blue or the red. However, it was perfect for us! The area was much smaller so you could walk to beach quickly from your cabin. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The daily fresh brewed coffee was delicious an on the house! Also super close to Hyannis harbor where we went on a sunset cruise and had dinner at waterfront restaurant We will definitely stay again.
