"The cleaning lady does an amazing job of leaving the home clean. The management team's communication, Luis, is fairly quick; we had a couple of hiccups, and they assisted us right away. The location is walkable, there is a small restaurant, bakery and OXXO 5minutes away. It takes approximately 25 minutes to walk to The Reef Hotel side entrance to the beach and about the same to reach Playa del Carmen mall and Avenida Quinta.
