Wir sind wegen Flugverspätung erst weit nach Mitternacht angekommen, der Herr an der Rezeption war trotzdem sehr freundlich und der Check-In hat super schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Weiters waren auch die Animateure und die Kellner alle sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit großem Balkon und einer großen Glasdusche. Gereinigt wurde auch jeden Tag, generell war das ganze Hotel sehr sauber! Minibar wurde immer mit frischem Trinkwasser...

"When we arrived at the hotel our overall thoughts were disappointing considering the pictures that are shown on the internet, we were offered food that had been sat out for at least 2/3hrs (maybe more) in the warm air. It is obvious that this hotel is catered for the Eastern European rather than everyone i.e. for food and entertainment. The hotel lacked air conditioning considering considering the temperatures. The rooms are basic with hard beds and tiny considering they claim to be a 5 star...
