"Lovely hotel, in a terrific spot in Edinburgh. Tons of shopping and restaurants on the doorstep. Staff were very courteous and super friendly. Rooms very nice, definitely a weird layout..regarding the bathroom area. Loved the fact that they had valet parking which is very rare in Edinburgh Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....
