The check in was very easy. The staff members were all friendly and eager to help. Check out also easy. Loved the iPad in the room to work the lights and blinds. The location is very close to the train station which makes it very easy to get around Amsterdam!

The room was quite fascinating as a smart room and its features were exciting. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The bedrooms felt like there could have been a bit of a deeper clean especially on surfaces and the floor and the shower did drip continuously which was quite loud during the nights which woke us up annoyingly, the tv was also quite difficult to connect to apps and didn’t work so well connecting, but the staff were above and beyond helpful!

Pros: Sleek design. Love the restaurant's food and late hours.Comfortable bed. Charming vibe. Cons: I wish the hotel had a cash option. The fixtures are computer controlled and in some cases unnecessarily difficult to operate. My room was too small for two but would've been fine for one (the bed takes up half the room. The shower is odd.

Well located hotel with friendly staff

Was in Amsterdam for a concert at Johann Cruijff Arena. The hotel is very well located with public transit connections and some restaurants nearby. My friend and I also borrowed bikes and rode into the city one day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even providing some laundry detergent to help clean a spill on some clothing. The room design was a little different, but provided some good laughs. I would stay there again, and would recommend it to others.
