This two king bedroom condo is ideally located in downtown Asheville and offers a large modern kitchen and a bonus queen sofa bed - everything you need to enjoy a quick getaway or a long stay in the mountains. This modern condo building is only a block away from Asheville`s vibrant Biltmore Avenue featuring a movie theater, historic general store, James Beard Award winning restaurants, cocktail lounges, shops and galleries. A historic baseball park, the Biltmore Estate, the Upper River Arts District, West Asheville and many, many more attractions are a short ride away! You`ll run out of time before you run out of things to do, so plan to rebook! There is one parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

This location was perfect for walking to all the fun places downtown! The unit was clean and worked well for our 2-night stay. Parking was also very appreciated given the downtown location. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Great Asheville Stay!

This place was great for our short getaway to Asheville! It's conveniently located to downtown Asheville. We parked our car at the parking deck and walked all over downtown Asheville. Very easy to check out shops, restaurants, and breweries! Highly recommend, and would stay again!

The perfect spot for a weekend away!

We absolutely loved this property for our girls weekend away. The first thing we all commented on, was how clean it was. The location is perfect for folks wanting to walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. We would definitely return to this property for our next Asheville trip!

Girls weekend

The perfect location in downtown Asheville! Walkable to all the shops And restaurants but on a relatively quiet street and very safe. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and accommodations were great. Could use a blender but otherwise perfect and had everything else we needed! We would stay here again!

Great November stay!

3 minute walk to most of the popular dining spots. Super clean, comfy beds, and everything as pictured. Easy check-in, great access from street level parking, and no elevator needed. Some morning noise due to location and the view isn't very private, but it didn't bother us at all. The interior and walkability made up for it.

Great place in a great location

Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. The property is as described in a very walkable area in close proximity to the restaurants and breweries. Clean and bright condo. Only minor downside to be aware of is the walls are a little thin and you’ll hear folks walking around above you or the vacuums running early in the mornings but common to any condo.

Just down the hill

This is a great property in an excellent location. Just up the hill are all the stores, restaurants, etc. downtown Asheville has to offer. The digital access to parking and the building was seamless. Great communication from the manager. Wonderful place!

Location! Walking distance to all restaurants shopping and bars in downtown Asheville. The checkin and parking app, was very easy. The unit was super clean, modern with typical amenities. Biltmore is about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Great location and property

Wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Felt completely safe the entire time. Condo building is extremely secure. Condo itself was modern and nicely equipped with most amenities. Beds were very comfortable. A full length mirror would have been nice. All in all a great place to stay!

Great place to stay in Asheville

Brand new place. Super clean. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Easy to access all of downtown Asheville on foot. The park across the street attracted some interesting folks but it was never an issue or concern for us. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Perfect Asheville Location

Excellent location, quiet, comfortable & met all our needs. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Only challenge was that there were several key pad access points & the app would get finicky. I had to shut my phone down & restart it to get the app to work. As long as I did that, it worked fine. Would definitely go back. Great location to "see" Asheville.

Great Location but Please upgrade

Very clean place in a great location with safe access. We had 4 adults and the living room furniture was not comfortable or enough for 4 adults. Please upgrade the sofa and add an additional chair. The sofa is very uncomfortable as other reviewers have also said. With these simple upgrades everyone would give it 5 stars all the time.

Clean and convenient rooms and building.

Great location walking distance to downtown , clean, modern, comfortable and quiet except for a random guy playing on the street. We had problems with Paxton app at checkin. But Brandon stayed up late and helped us navigate and resolved issue. We didnt get in til after 10pm. Would have liked a phone number to call with an actual person, but texting through VRBO ultimately worked out. Bed was comfortable. Linens plentiful. Kitchen stocked. 2 king sized beds and one full sofa sleeper.

Safe building, BUT…

While the building is secure, not being able to have more than one ‘key’ on a mobile device was not easy. I have a 4 star review because we had to always be together in order to get into the building. I think the key process needs changing.
