Our stay started off on a very bad note. Upon arrival, the apartment was not cleaned and still had dirt and sand from the previous tenant. After multiple calls and follow-ups, Randy stopped by to do an initial cleaning, then returned the next day to do a full cleaning. On top of it, We also had issues with the check-in process, as there was no proper parking pass, which resulted in security placing a sticker on our car to be towed. Again multiple calls between us, sonny and security. Security person took pity on us and took the sticker off and allowed us to park for the night.Throughout the week, Randy checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. His dedication and warmth completely turned our experience around inspite of first day snafu.However, I strongly suggest the owners hire professional cleaners.

Loved the stay. The three flights of stairs were brutal if you have bad knees and back. Plenty of room and comfortable. Loved views off balcony and very close walk to beach. Very comfy rocker recliner and sofa Kitchen needs more supplies like pizza cutter, ice cream scoop etc. would stay again if it weren’t for the stairs. That’s only because of my knees and back, hubby’s knees too. If I were younger it would be perfect.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect for our group of 4. Very well equipped with what you need (maybe a few more pillows would be nice)....ALOT of extra things provided for your use. Would definitely stay again. I only have one negative complaint that the complex really does need to get a better parking system in place. Maybe designate parking for each unit in some ways as we struggled to catch a spot near our units stairway entrance. The parking spots are also so tiny that I was unable to open front doors on my van a few times and had to enter through the slider door.

Beach Getaway

This is a an awesome property to book! The pictures do not do the condo justice. It is very well-maintained and updated. Everything was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and I really loved the fact that I did not have to bring my own bed linens and bath towels. That was an awesome perk! The condominium is close to many restaurants and attractions in Atlantic Beach and it’s a short drive over to Morehead city or Beaufort if you want to try other areas. If you want to go to the beach, it’s not too far of a walk from your condominium, or you can try the pool. Overall, I would give this property a 10 out of 10! What a great week we had!

Great place

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. It is convenient to the pool and the beach. Randy dropped off extra towels for us which we appreciated. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect getaway

Clean with a great view ! Excellent communication . We loved the view from the balcony . The beds are a little stiff but we survived ! Everything was amazing and we will most definitely be booking again!

Our overall experience was positive. Clean and neat, all kitchen accessories present. Probably could have used more towels and washcloths on check in as we did have to call for more, which were promptly brought. There was a concerning soft place in the #2 bedroom flooring and that was explained as a previous leak that was being addressed. The hallways did smell quite musty and perhaps moldy maybe due to the dryer vents being vented into this area. Perhaps I misunderstood the "not wheelchair accessible." I don't recall seeing that there were no elevators or I would have chosen either a location with an elevator or one at this location on the 1st floor. One of our occupants has really bad knees and this was a bit trying for her along with the long trek to the beach. Thank you, Penny Ford

Great condo on the beach!

As a single mom traveling with 3 kids, this condo was ideal. Right on the beach, easy access to a pool, and I always felt safe. The kids weren’t super fans of the steps to the 3rd floor, but the view of the water was worth it! We had plenty of room for 3 kids, ages 4, 8 and 16. We especially loved the balcony ledge that gave us plenty of room to eat outside while viewing the waves. Having a washer an dryer in the condo was amazing! Also really loved that all linens were included in the rental. Would highly recommend to other travelers.

Perfect for quiet relaxing family time

Condo was second from the end. Better then what we expected. 3 floors up was alot of up and down but we did not mind. Would suggest putting in a dehumidifier. We brought our own air filter because of allergies so that helped. Close to Fort Macon which also has a 3 mile trail( take lots of big spray for the hike). Shops and restaurants. As well as lots of fishing options. Would rent again.

Amazing Place to Stay

We had a great vacation at this condo! It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to stay for a week with 3 teenagers and 2 adults. The owner & manager were very easily reached, however we only needed to contact them once for an additional parking pass. We will definitely be staying here again and I have recommended this to several friends!
