High quality furnished, comfortable apartments on Bodestraße
with a separate entrance, which can be found in a quiet location in the eastern part of Bad Harzburg.
It is located on the upper floor (No. 1) of a two-family house and there is the possibility to park directly in front of the house.

The property is new construction from 2008, was in September 2014 again
completely renovated and lovingly equipped.

The apartment 1 **** has a living area of approx. 112m² and
is classified by the DTV with 4 stars for 6 people (extra bed up to 8 people possible).

Schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort und kümmern sich umgehend um alle Anliegen. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut und ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe und man ist schnell im Wald und hat Zugang zu den gut beschilderten Wanderwegen der Region. Uns hat esgut gefallen.

eine sehr kuschelige gegend mit normalen wohnhäusern in der nähe. die vermieter sind extrem nett. sehr schöne wanderwege in der nähe, und zur nächsten therme sind es 10 minuten mit dem auto, oder 30 min zu fuß. würde wieder dort buchen!

Die wohl beste Ferienwohnung die wir bis jetzt hatten.

Wir waren vom Vermieter empfangen worden. Dies war sehr nett und angenehm. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfbereit. Die Wohnung war so wie im Text auch beschrieben. Super gepflegt und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war sogar ein Bereich vorhanden, wo mal draußen sitzen konnte. Super waren die 3 Schlafzimmer, da wir mit 2 Kids 13 und 15 Jahre da waren. So hatte jeder sein Zimmer. Küche war gut und funktionell ausgestattet. Ein klasse Bad und die Waschmaschine war auch perfekt. Diese hatten wir bei der Hitze mehrmals im gebrauch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen.

gemütliche Wohnung

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Auch die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und blitz-blank. Zudem wurde für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre durch Weihnachtsdekoration gesorgt. Sehr familienfreundlich. Gerne wieder! Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Super Harzurlaub in Super-Fe.Wo.

Bad Harzburg und speziell die FeWo. sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es fehlte an nichts, und wir hatten ausreichend Platz für 6-7 Personen. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war sehr gut.
