We are centrally located between Beech/Sugar Mtn Ski areas and Boone and just minutes to Grandfather Winery and HawksNest Tubing! Enjoy cool breezes in the Summer, gorgeous Fall colors & snowy days in Winter! Stay in for a cozy relaxed time or venture out for exciting activities you won't soon forget.

Stunning direct Grandfather Mountain views from your huge covered front porch (Over 65 feet wide), a private hot tub and cozy fire pit area in the backyard. This beautiful 3 bedroom cabin sleeps 8 and boasts cathedral ceilings with incredible exposed beams and a large open kitchen, dining & living room with plenty of seating. There is a beautiful stone wood-burning fire stove, 4 tv's, tons of fun games to play...this is the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy your time away.

Relax in the large open living room with plenty of comfy seating and a beautiful large wood-stove fireplace. There is a large dining table and shelves filled with fun games to play. Work from home or catch up on emails from a perfect sized desk tucked away in the dining area for your convenience. Step into the first bedroom which is huge with tall ceilings and beautiful large peaked windows. There is a Queen sized bed, large leather sitting chair and a TV. Head down the hall to the second bedroom with a Queen sized bed and is across the hall from a full bathroom with a full bathtub/shower combo. The Master bedroom at the end of the hall has a King sized bed with your private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, walk-in closet and a separate private door that leads to the porch Hot tub area.
There is also a new comfy pull out couch in the living room.

There is a very large 65' front porch area with rocking chairs, a full table to sit outside, lounge seating and a great hot tub with direct views of Grandfather Mountain. You will have a weber grill to cook outside and a large wooded sloped front yard for tons of privacy. Head down the side stairs to a lower level, outside there is a gorgeous layered stone patio with a small bistro table. Head up the stone patio and short set of stairs to the back of the house that has a very cool private wooded fire pit area for smores and laughs under the stars! Inside on the lower level of the house there is a small area with a laundry room including a full size washer and dryer and a creative cute area to hang out with a foosball table, lounging couch and a couple of chairs.

Come and relax, enjoy all our space has to offer and just take in the beautiful mountain scenery.

Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.

If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
-This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax
-The owners use outdoor driveway facing surveillance to ensure that their home remains safe. No cameras are inside the home.
-Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
-This is a gravel driveway with capacity for 3 vehicles. 4WD or AWD is recommended during winter months November-March when traveling to the High Country.
-All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
