On the main floor, enjoy views from every window in the spacious great room. The open floor plan flows freely from living area to cooking and dining. The wrap around sofa is perfect for enjoying the sunrise and magnificent views of Canandaigua Lake.

The high-end kitchen with center island is fully equipped with all your favorite cooking and baking ware. Enjoy family style meals at the formal dining table to the north of the great room area. The wall-to-wall windows make you feel like you're dining alfresco on the patio, all while being inside this grand home.

Down the hall, you will find the master bedroom with king bed and access to the lakeside patio.

Upstairs, a game room welcomes you in the open loft. Enjoy a game of air hockey, or playing a game on the arcade system. The second and third bedrooms are located on either side of the loft and provide comfort and relaxation.

Outside, enjoy the panoramic lake views from the patio. The professionally manicured landscaping surrounds the house and is sure to take your breath away. Lush gardens boarder the patio. Take the tram to the water's edge, and relax at your private lakefront. With 250 feet of lake frontage, swimming is excellent! Sunrise Lake House is conveniently located only 15 minutes south of downtown Canandaigua, and across the street from Wegmans Organic Farm. You'll have plenty to do right at your fingertips – including fine dining at the New York Kitchen, favorite local breweries like Young Lion and Twisted Rail. Or, travel a few minutes south and enjoy wine tasting at Hazlitt Winery and a hike through Grimes Glen. Before your stay is over, you're sure to crave another trip to your now favorite Finger Lakes destination.

This home has a strict no confetti policy. Please do not use confetti of any kind inside, or outside the home.

**3 Night Minimum stay required May 1 - June 23 and September 11 - October 31.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
