Upon entering the common space of the home, you'll immediately feel the stress of everyday life starts to melt away. The open layout of the dining room, living room, and kitchen allow for easy interaction with your guests. In the winter, you can build a snowman in the large yard while the living room stays toasty warm by the wood fireplace. In the summer, enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the front porch surrounded by towering pine trees. No matter the season, when the evening arrives, everyone can sprawl out on the plush sectional and kick off their boots while sharing tales of the day's adventures. When it's time to retire for the night, all three bedrooms can be found on the upstairs floor.

With easy access to endless hiking opportunities, like the Tahoe Rim Trail, this home is the perfect base camp. The Tahoe Trailways Bike path is also nearby, providing paved bike access to Dollar Point in the northeast, Palisades Tahoe in the northwest, and Sugar Pine Point State Park in the south.
