Welcome to our charming home! Nestled in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. 5 minutes for downtown Colorado Springs 5 minutes from Garden of the gods and 10 minutes from manitou Springs. With 10 foot ceilings fast internet and great area to let the dogs out to play!
The space
This is a studio on the downstairs part of a duplex. The upstairs is used for rental guests as well. It’s got everything you need to be cozy and right on a walking/biking path.

It comes with its own parking spot as well.

Cute and good location, but clean it

There was a French fry and food container under the bed, food wrappers in nightstand, half eaten Oreo cookie under table, hash browns on plate in oven. Bathroom… toilet was loose on mount to floor which allowed leakage of poop and pea water to pool on floor. The owner/management responded to our messages, but a little too late when you are already living in the unit for the weekend. We should be refunded or something!

Perfect spot

I'm hoping this place is available during all my trips to Colorado as this will be my go to from now on. Quiet, cozy, comfortable and it's conveniently located near food shopping and activities.
