There was a bit bad smell from the restroom. There is an activity has been canceled and some activities areas were different from the advertise that hotel showed on their page. The new areas is worse than before!! We have also experienced bad service from some staffs. Many of them still had good service mind.

A Gem

A hidden gem Staff could not be more helpful and welcoming.The layout of the surrounds of the complex are excellent and the canal cruise to the water market was entertaining

Beautiful hotel but unpleasant rooms.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff all very friendly. However, we stayed in the main building, not the bungalows, and the rooms are very unpleasant. There are no windows, not a single one. So you are always in the dark - it feels like a prison cell.

Excellent Property, front desk needs improvement

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in the private cabin room with a jacuzzi in front. This property is definitely gorgeous especially the room we stayed. Everything is great, the hotel restaurant is very well-designed with live music at night and the breakfast is so delicious with great varieties. However, one thing we found a bit lack was the professionalism of the front desk service. They were not very helpful, we asked them to send some toiletries twice because we ran out but they never did and when we called again they said all the hotel staff had returned home and would not be back until tomorrow!

We couldn't check in at 14.00 hrs. (Only one was ready but another one couldn't.) The emergency information of Room 22 was wrong. It stated that the room number was 23. In front of the building entrance, there two ashtrays on the left and right hand side . It wasn't ok when we got to walk pass with kids.

Points positifs : Hôtel luxueux, chambre très spacieuse (quoique insuffisamment éclairée), salle de bain magnifique, jacuzzi privatif, terrasse agréable sur belle piscine, assortiment de boissons gratuites... Points négatifs : Une soirée pour groupe bruyante (musique, bien qu’atténuée, jusque dans notre chambre), un restaurant qui arrête tout service à 21h (sans même possibilité d’avoir un expresso)

Hotel de bon niveau seul ou en famille.

Hotel de très bonne qualité. L'accueil est parfait très professionnel. Les services sont attentifs aux besoins des hôtes. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, varié, de bonne qualité. La literie est excellente , l'équipement de la salle d'eau est parfait, peignoirs et chaussons sont à disposition. Deux points négatifs qui sont regrettables à ce niveaux de qualité, sont en premier que les chambres dans le bâtiment n'ont aucune fenêtre ; en second autour de la magnifique piscine en dehors des larges sofas circulaires réservés aux bungalows, il n'existe aucun dispositif du même type ou des transats pour les clients des chambres obscures. Dernier point, l'hôtel est loin de tout sauf du floating market qui reste la seule distraction externe. Mais ce point n'est pas nécessairement négatif si l'on souhaite le calme.
