Asiana hotel truly gave me a five star experience. It’s convenient to the airport, dining & most shopping areas. The rooms were immaculate and quite spacious. Special thanks to Ashok who was courteous, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I’ll definitely return on my many visits to Dubai

Very bad experience. The night shift gave me late checkout until 2:00 pm, but the morning staff woke me up at 12:00 pm and told me to leave or be charged. They also asked for a 200 cash deposit, and when I checked out, they charged me for a soft drink from the fridge and only refunded 120. Unprofessional service

A nice property in Deira. Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room. Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight. Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area. Very friendly staff, and 2 really good bars/nightclubs.

I was robbed!

I left my wallet inside the room, after the housekeeping, came back to the room and noticed all my cash was gone and had multiple charges on every single credit card that I had in my wallet! The hotel management never took any responsibility! Nor accepting that the incident happened in their property and by their employees.

1. They stopped to serve Miso Soup at the breakfast buffet. 2. “Do not disturb” switch button in the room was broken. I talked with three different staffs but no one came to fix the button. 3. Too crowded with the Group Turist and not suitable for business use any more.
