This inviting, classic, beachfront home is overflowing with the makings of a superior vacation on Edisto Beach. Spend your days basking in the sun on the beach just steps from your door and your evenings relaxing on the covered porch listening to the Carolina beach sounds. This home is equipped with all the modern comforts so you will want for nothing. The great open floor plan is perfect for families to create memories and traditions of their own. Make a feast or walk to the celebrated local restaurants for a night out. The open floor plan is perfect for keeping everyone together. Two beachside bedrooms offer amazing views including impressive sunrises. Sit back and let your worries float away with the tide - you will be on island time before you know it.

No Smoking.
Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved staying at the beach house. Enough space for everyone and right on the beach. My only issues were the floors in the kitchen were uneven and there were rust stains all over the house including all over the back door.

Weekend family getaway

We did a weekend getaway and I'm so glad that we chose Sunrise Sunset. The house was exactly as listed. The oceanviews were absolutely breathtaking! We are looking forward to when we can return.

Weekend Getaway

It was the perfect weekend. The house was just what we were hoping for and more. The location was great, the weather was great, and the sunrises were breathtaking. We will definitely be back to stay in this sweet house next year.

Weekend at the beach!

This was a lovely location, a somewhat dated home but very cozy and personable. Unbeatable views, the beach is literally at your door. I would definitely seek out this location again and refer it to others! Really nice experience.

The house had a great layout for two families to have their own space. House is right on the beach. I would recommend it!

Beach vacation

The house was great, shabby chic beachy, great location! A bit disappointed in the management company, cleanliness was not up to the usual standards, amenities such as paper towels, kleenex , or any kitchen cleaner was sparse or non existent. I realize everyone is cost conscious these days and short handed but small gestures go a long way in customer satisfaction. There was also no answer after normal business hours

Very dirty living room furniture and rug, bedbug stains on old worn mattresses, shabby & uncomfortable outdoor furniture in poor condition, charcoal grill missing parts, extremely rusty & empty propane tank, gate latch falling off.

Great location, needs updating

We stayed in this home for a week. Great location on the beach with about 40 yds of beach during low tide and maybe 15 yards of beach at high tide. The home itself was built in 1970 and appears to be a rental only for quite some time now. Unfortunately it needs a lot updates and upgrades. The sinks and showers all backed up with water when in use. The kitchen sink had no garbage disposal and the fridge had no ice maker. The thermostat isn’t allowed to go below 72 degrees which in April with windows and doors open wasn’t bad. I couldn’t imagine staying there after April, too hot! Probably won’t repeat, but had a good time on the beach.

The property was great and enjoyed being close to the beach. Only issue was the hot water heater leaked and needed to be fixed which took all day Sunday. Otherwise we had a great time…

Great cozy beach house

The house was clean and well kept. Great spot for us right on beach with 4 young kids and 5 Adults. Close to food Lion and walkable to shops and pier.

Beautiful oasis

Absolutely heavenly home with a perfect location. We spent so much time on the porch watching the waves and stars and walked so much on the beach. We left the bedroom windows cracked at night yo hear the waves then too. We will definitely return next year.

Fabulous first visit

Clean and comfy. Had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better. Relaxed low key vibe on the entire island. Could use a little TLC but no big issues. Dog friendly. Wonderful covered deck to watch the sunrise and the moon crest. See the dolphins from the deck. Already looking forward to next visit

Laid Back Family Vacation

This was our first time to Edisto Island but it will not be our last. It is a great place to vacation. There is not a lot to do other than enjoy the beach and the people you are with - but that is what we loved the most! This house was perfectly located and we loved the screened porch and the back deck overlooking the ocean. It definitely met our needs. We hope to stay there again.

Aptly named

Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets - lovely home that we enjoyed with our family! Very close to the water which was great for small children going back and forth to potty, snacks, rest, etc.

Family Fun

Great place to hang out with our adult sons. Plenty of space to hang out on the couches to watch t.v. Loved the laid back atmosphere of the island.

Excellent Location and Pet Friendly!

Great location, dogs loved it and clean. The kitchen and bathroom need some repair and upgrades. Dining room furniture was very uncomfortable, but the living room and bedrooms were good. Loved Edisto and the location overall!!

Dirty but fun

Roaches in the kitchen. The property needs a good cleaning and a solid pest treatment. We had fun though...easy access to the beach.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful views and outstanding location. The property is very spacious and the outside porches are wonderful. A few minor things I’d suggest like more comfortable mattresses and adjusting the threshold at the front door so bugs can’t vacation with you. We had a sheet that was put on a bed that had a stain on it and the handle on the refrigerator was missing. Several blinds were broken also but these things are easily fixable and didn’t spoil our weekend. Beautiful weekend!

Lovely Views

We chose this home so that we could practice socially distancing on it’s large Oceanside deck. The house was comfortable and well provisioned. The location is ideal. The only negative was that there were several dead roaches, as if they had sprayed recently but had not sweep up after spraying. Coming from Florida, we understand the need to spray, and this was not a big issue with us. The house was otherwise nicer than depicted in the photos.
