The gated community is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima and close to Chincha, Pisco, and the Paracas National Reserve. You'll find gas stations, minimarkets, and restaurants just minutes away.

The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.

Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.

Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.

Interaction with Guests:
The property features self check-in, a host available via WhatsApp throughout your stay, and daily maintenance staff from 7 AM to 6 PM. A housekeeper will welcome you and provide all necessary instructions. Additional cleaning or a private chef can be arranged at an extra cost.
