This stunning 3-bedroom villa offers private and beautiful backyard, heated pool to enjoy the sunshine and the stars. A few minutes’ walk from Anglin’s Square and charming oceanfront gathering place. Soothing coastal ambiance along the sandy shores and breathtaking sunrises & sunsets. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has seaside cafes, charming boutiques and lots of beachfront and sea activities. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is known as Florida's Beach Diving Capital, so you'll want to take advantage of the excellent diving and snorkeling in the area. There are reefs as close as 100 yards off the coastline, so all you have to do is grab a snorkel and embrace the underwater adventure.

Our freshly remodeled villa has 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, all bedrooms have large flat screen TV's. 2 of the ensuite bedrooms have king-size beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds & a pull-out full-size murphy bed. The Living Room has comfortable sofas and a very big screen smart TV. Our Gourmet Kitchen has all brand-new appliances, a variety of cookware, and convenience gadgets like an electric kettle and a 4-slice toaster. The large dining table can sit the entire group!

Backyard:
In the evenings, enjoy the incredible sunsets while you grill from the back patio, enjoy a late-night swim in the heated pool or chill with a glass of wine by the fire pit. Day or night you’ll find something for everyone. So wonderful you’ll feel like you never want to leave. This is what an incredible Florida lifestyle is all about!
!!! IMPORTANT !!! To heat the pool, we recommend asking in advance as it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to fully heat at the Winter time.

This villa has a private laundry with a washer and dryer. Also, we provide beach gear, including chairs, toys, and an umbrella available for guest use. There is free parking available for 4 cars.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE! (smoking on site will be subject to a $500 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment)
- NO PARTIES! ( please respect the neighborhood )
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM (no loud noise or music)

Security:
Outdoor surveillance and security cameras are motion sensors and are always visible located to see the front doors and the backyard area. There is no surveillance system inside the property.

Guest access:
Guests may enjoy the house and pool area. Any visitors should be approved prior by the hostess. No overnight visitors allowed

Our property is 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL), 45 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA), and 50 minutes from West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).
The famous Las Olas – downtown Fort Lauderdale – is only 10 minutes away and boasts great restaurants, lots of live music and nightlife.
