The Master Bedroom En Suite has a King Bed and private Lanai access. The Master bath includes a walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom at the opposite side of the condo has Two Twin Beds, and next door the guest bath includes a shower tub combo. There's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a great night's rest in comfort (the property sleeps 4). The Living Area is nicely decorated, and this condo is a corner unit allowing for plenty of light to flow in. From your living room enjoy reading a book, watching a movie, or gathering with friends and family. The fully equipped Kitchen has everything you need for hosting your next dinner party. There's a lovely Breakfast Bar for two and a large Dining Table for six. The fabulous Screened in Lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh beach air!

New Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Court open for Casa Marina guests are located in The Commons area on Bay Beach Lane. Casa Marina Guests also have the benefit of a private Beach Access - just a short walk down Bay Beach Lane.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery and rebuilding mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
