Exceptional Luxury Gulf-Front Condo at Summer Place!

Just a little slice of paradise! Summer Place is a premiere resort located on peaceful Okaloosa Island, the jewel of Florida's Northwest seacoast, just 10 minutes west of the bustle of Destin. This beautifully furnished, smoke-free unit offers everything you'll ever need for an unforgettable vacation. Amenities include beach service, 2 beach-side pools (one heated), outdoor hot tub, Jacuzzi in Master bath, exercise room and a 3rd floor balcony with a picture-perfect view of the emerald Gulf Coast waters. You are literally 2 minutes from doorfront to beachfront!

*The Master Bedroom boasts a King Bed and its own HDTV. This suite-style section of the condo features a walk-in closet and a spacious full bath with dual vanity and Jacuzzi bath with shower.

*The guest room boasts two Queen Beds, as well as a dresser, HDTV and its own closet with in-room access to the unit's second full bath. For added convenience, both baths now have new Revlon hairdryers with multiple heat and blower settings.

*The bunk room is perfect for a family with youngsters or teens and sleeps two more.

*New entertainment center (April 2019) features Vizio 50" 4K 1080p Smart TV. Watch your own favorite cable TV network or switch to Smartcast input or Roku for Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU (your sign-in required).

*Wi-Fi is provided at no cost and the passcode is displayed on the side of the router which rests beneath the clock on the kitchen/dining room island.

*Common areas are tiled and bedrooms have brand new carpeting throughout.

*The very well-stocked kitchen anticipates nearly every cooking need. There is both a conventional coffee brewer and a Keurig, stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, new dishwasher and featuring granite counter-tops all around. Wine glasses, ample cookware and dinnerware make "stay-at-home" meals a breeze.

*The grass-covered, landscaped common area has two propane BBQ grills and a conventional charcoal grill for your own outdoor cooking adventures.

*Our condo is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport.

*Shopping, dining and local activities (jet-skiing, boat rentals, mini-golf, arcades, aquarium, etc.) are abundantly accessible within a very short distance.
***PLEASE NOTE: To keep our unit pristine for ALL of our guests who expect an excellent venue and experience, there is NO SMOKING whatsoever permitted in our unit, including the balcony. This extends to the pool deck and grilling areas.. This includes any and all cigarettes, cigars and vaping devices. Failure to observe this will result in your forfeiting your damage deposit and/or charging you for an additional cleaning fee.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our group of 8. We celebrated our twin grandsons high school graduation. Great location, clean and plenty of space. Would recommend staying here. Host was quick to get back with you. Checkin a breeze!

Perfect Vacation

The condo we stayed in was perfect. Very CLEAN. The owners kept in touch, were friendly and cared about our stay. Condo was very clean with everything we needed. In a good area on the beach, between the pier and the end of the island. Everyone was friendly. I'm recommending to my friends and family.

Beach getaway

We had an amazing experience at Ron’s condo. The location was perfect. Then each wasn’t too crowded and we could walk to the pier and Okaloosa Island restaurants and shops. The room was the perfect size for the 7 of us. The stocked kitchen allowed us to save some money by eating in the room. View from the balcony and space was amazing. I would definitely rent again!!

Beautiful condo on perfect beach!

This condo was perfect for 8 of us. Large balcony with beautiful gulf views! Very well maintained condo and complex. The condo had anything and everything we could need. Pool area always very clean and well maintained. Our favorite part is the small size of the complex made for a quiet beachfront compared to other larger complexes nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect beach vacation location

Our family of 5 had a great time staying here for fall break. Having the beach service for two chairs and an umbrella was nice, it was super convenient to walk right out the back door onto the beach. The property (both the condo itself and the complex i.e. pool, gym, etc.) were well maintained, clean and orderly. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer for the week to clean bathing suits and towels. The unit was spotless upon our arrival, and the owner let us know as soon as the unit was ready for check-in.

Owner responded quickly to questions. Communicated with me that the condo was ready early (yay!) Send me all the info I needed ahead of time. Great condo. Loved having both a drip coffee and k cup coffee maker. Welcoming and clean and had nice little extras that kept us from having to run to the store. Walk to the beach was not long at all. Loved that we got a chair rental with the condo. Will book again and highly reccomend.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Fort Walton Beach! The condo was nice and clean with lots of space for us to hang out and our hosts were awesome at keeping us informed of check in process and their communication with us in general was excellent!

Great host, good condo

The host is great and great communicator. The location of the condo is great. Based on pictures, reviews, and description I expected a little more from this rental. It was cleaned before we checked in but we found several dirty things and the condition of the air vents gave us bad allergies. The living room couch had several stains, we had to clean off and wipe heavy dirt off interior doors. I’m confident that Ron will clean it up as he’s a great host it just wasn’t what we expected. We rent condos in this area every year. The room with the bunk beds is VERY tiny, not much space to open the door. Also, it’s right by the front door and felt a little off about having my kids sleep by the front door and front window. Washer and dryer work great and we were supplied with kitchen/bathroom/laundry room essentials. Kitchen appliances were good but oven heats very slowly. Check in and check out was smooth, I lost my keys and Ron had the cleaners check for my key. Super kind and helpful.

The perfect spot!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Ron and Elisa are fantastic hosts. Beautiful view of the ocean, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, easy pool and beach access. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great as well. Ron checked in with us to make sure everything was going well- great communication before, during, and after our visit.
