Nestled in The Village of Pine Hills in beautiful natural surroundings and picturesque views, as well as easy access to an array of first-class amenities including championship golf courses, world-class dining options, and countless recreational activities, all accessible on the complementary 4-person golf cart.

Getting Around:
Enjoy driving around The Villages® in the golf cart provided at the home.

Other Things to Note:
*This home has surveillance cameras located on the exterior of the home. There is one installed in the front facing the driveway and there is one installed in the back of the home pointed to the backyard.

*Parking areas at individual sites are only for automobiles. Motor homes, boat trailers, etc. are not permitted.

*Pets are NOT permitted

Thank you for your interest in booking this home. In addition to your total that's shown on this platform, we do charge Short Term Insurance based on how many nights you stay. If you are staying over 21 nights, there is an additional fee. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you our Guest Agreement that details these charges.
