Waterfront Lake House on Table Rock Lake (Kings River Arm)

Our Lovely Lake House is a three-story home with five bedrooms. Upon entering, you walk in to the main level. Upstairs from the main level there are four bedrooms:

2. Heritage Room - 2 Full size beds with luxurious linens and comforters; vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan; lake view; delightful library; large dresser; electric fire place; full bathroom across the hall.
3. Woodland Room - has a King bed, view of the lake and woods, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, large dresser and bookshelves (with books!); Full bath across the hall - shared with the Heritage Room.
4. Master Rm & Bath - has a King sized, pillow-top bed, 5 windows overlooking the lake, cedar-planked vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, vanity table and large full bathroom with windows overlooking the lake.

Downstairs from the main level:

5. Lakeside Level Suite - 2 Queens, pillow top beds with luxurious bedding; custom, heavy, wood furniture imported from Brazil; ceiling fan; lake view; private, full bathroom, walk out to lake.

There are also 2 single roll-away beds (stored in the heater closet to the left of the bathroom on the Lakeside level), as well as 1 Queen size sofa-sleeper (located in the living room on the main level) and 1 Full size sofa-sleeper (located downstairs, in the family den).

The house is about 40 yards from the water, with lots of open space in between. We provide lawn furniture, a charcoal grill, a bonfire area, and a sandbox for small children.

*** There's a canoe, as well as 2 kayaks available for use (no charge) - to take a peaceful glide out on to the lake! ***

We do not have a boat dock, but we do have steps that lead down to the water, as well as a gentle walk down area to the lower left of the property. There is often beach area available, depending on the water level. In the past, we've kept our pontoon anchored in the water (an option for anyone bringing a boat).

Beautiful Property

We chose this location to be the destination for our small group summer trip. It was wonderful. The spacious house, large shaded property (helped with the summer heat), easy water access. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. We'd love to come back again.

The location is great! We loved the kayaks and the canoe and the ability to fish! Plenty of room for everyone. The beds were soft and comfy. The place is not very clean. The area of the charcoal grill needs to be cleaned and made more attractive and inviting.

Table Rock Lake Cabin

This property is quite remote and very quiet. The cabin is nicely finished with 5 bedrooms. The owner is VERY responsive to any issues that occur. The yard is very large which allows young children lots of room to run and play and the lake is right outside your windows. During our stay, the lake water was very warm but the shoreline is not sandy and not suited for swimming from shore. There is a canoe and kayaks available for use. A good rental for a family get together.

Wonderful place to stay!

This house was so enjoyable to be at. We had such a relaxing time. It was clean and very homey. The kayak and canoe were wonderful to have, we used them almost constantly. Had plenty of room for our group of 14. Owner was very pleasant to talk to. Would love to come back next year!

Great Cabin!

This property was perfect for our family of seven. We enjoyed fishing on the lake every morning running into Eureka and Branson during the day and at night a campfire. The cabin was spacious with plenty of room. The only downside was the Internet was pretty slow, but was happy to have the kids off their devices. We are considering making this an annual trip!

Great week at hallelujah Acres!

We had a great week at the lake house! The house was beautiful and fit our families perfectly. We especially loved all the decks, books, fire pit, and kayaks. We swam and floated everyday, and loved the secluded property. The house needs some updating (living room couch and upstairs carpet) and could use more forks and new fry pan in the kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Family Reunion

The property suited our family reunion which consisted of 8 household. Plenty of space to sleep. We enjoyed the privacy of the property to enjoy our time together. The water was a very safe distance away from the house for the young children. We stayed close to the house but enjoyed a nearby park. Location to a grocery store was very reasonable.

Quiet and peaceful

We all enjoyed the home. It is beautiful and the view outside is beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. The kids had plenty of room to run and play. It is remote and the kids didn’t bother anyone. It is close to the water and the fishing was great we all enjoyed the balcony. We were all able to sit out there comfortably and watch the kids play.

Perfect for large family gathering

We loved the house and found the layout perfect for our large group. Enjoyed the front and back porches with plenty of seating, spacious 3 levels and large group dining areas and comfortable beds. The lake acces was really nice and quiet without a lot of boat traffic allowing us to enjoy skiing and tubing, fishing and kayaks. The house was really well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, clean up and recreation-above and beyond what previous rentals provided. Not far from Eureka Springs at all, we made several trips as there was a lot to do there. Wonderful week for our family!!

Annual Family Lake Vacation (Jun 22-27)

This is our 3rd annual visit to The Lovely Lake House. This property checks alot of the boxes for our family. Enough rooms and bathrooms for everybody, access to the water, great spot for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Nice yard for kids to play. We rent a pontoon at Kings River Marina and get groceries in Berryville, Ark about 40 mins away. We also take a day for an excursion into Branson about an hour away. We love the flexibility of this home and the property. We enjoyed relaxing, hanging out and enjoying spending time together. The hosts have always been great and responsive if we needed anything. We were pleasantly surprised this year when they made the upgrade to Starlink internet!! There's also a landline phone available if needed. Totally recommend this property!!

Family reunion

property is in serious heed of repair and overall cleaning up. pots and various items scattered around the outside of the home makes the first impression less favorable, Storage area outside and in the basement were in shambles. Inside could use a heavy duty cleaning. Plenty of silverware and dishes, but cookware and utensils were lacking. Really enjoyed the location, the access to the lake, the use of the kayak, canoe, etc. The design and layout of the home is excellent for a large group.

We didn't want to leave!

We enjoyed the house and ground so much we didn't want to leave! We were 4 married couples and each room offered great privacy and were all comfortable. The views were great. There was plenty of places to sit and relax, being a family of brothers and sisters there was a little fighting over the great hammock, but no one was injured during said battles. Lol The only thing I would recommend if you want to go any baking or casserole making is to bring casserole dishes. If they were in the house we couldn't find them. Other than that the kitchen was stocked nicely with cooking equipment. Jennifer was always quick to respond to questions or needs that we had. This is a place we would stay at again!

Golden a Gem

Annual family trip to the Ozark area in this Covid social distance atmosphere was a good experience for our family- children and grandchildren 💕 We had perfect spring weather- need to watch for ticks - Communication was awesome and owner of home made sure we were well taken care of. Location was great - stopped at Branson for some of that awesome smoked meat - eureka springs to enjoy a bit of history and the best pizza shop - and charming downtown- and of course a trip to silver dollar for the grandkids. The boys chartered a fishing trip with great memories and we all had a belly full of trout. Kids had a great time with catch and release from the shoreline catching some good size fish as well as frogs and lizards (to our 4 yr olds delight) Great hiking trails in Arkansas Large rooms with everyone having their own bedrooms Thank you for your concern and kindness in our stay - would recommend this home to anyone Would recommend gps Coordinates instead of address - as warned by owner - gps struggles with address but two families able to find with coordinates and we followed owner’s directions- glad it was still light out ... would have been Rough in the dark 😂. But we’ll worth the adventure 💕💕💕 Nice out of the way - country setting with beautiful views of the water

Many good things. A little challenging to find after dark but a nice river property. A bit of a stretch to accomodate 17 adults, but our grandchildren were amenible to sharing rooms and beds. Six bathrooms were appreciated. A few minor suggestions - the gas stove front right hand burner didn't stay lit, the west door to the deck doesn't lock, some of the written instructions need to be updated i.e. one place it said to take the trash to the yard recepticals and another said there was a 50 charge if we didn't remove all trash from the property. It would really be great if there was a floatation device to take people on shore out to a boat. We should have taken more of our own bedding especially for the sofa beds. There were mice droppings on the lakeside bed between the mattress cover and sheet. If I would go again I would take several skillets and spatullas. Two large refrigerators/freezers were appreciated. AC worked great. Dollar General was fairly well stocked and only about 10 minutes away. Being out of the house by 10:00 am was a bit challenging for the young folks. :-) Everyone enjoyed the experience and really enjoyed boating and water skiing. We even used the fire pit one evening to make smores. Wishing you and all future guests the very best.

Overall we really enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful property and space for everyone. We were a group of 11. 8 adults, a 10yo, 2yo, and 5mo. Glad we brought the pack n play for baby! Only thing we didn't care for was the requirerequirement to take all trash to a dumpster about 3/4 mile down the road. I understand taking it out of the house. But down the road was tricky as we didn't have a vehicle to carry it and it was too long to walk with big trash bags to remove all the t

Beautiful location!! Hard to beat the location, just a few things i would love to have changed. The directions are hard to understand so we got lost since Google doesn't take you there. The bathrooms needed to replace the grout, the shower heads need some LCR. For the most part the trip was lovely. It's very hard to beat that walk to the water and starts at night. Thank you
