Welcome to Lighthouse 1202, a stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-front condo where every detail is designed for your ultimate beach vacation. Perched on the 12th floor in Gulf Shores, this condo promises a serene retreat with mesmerizing views and the relaxing sound of Gulf-coast waves.

Step into the Primary suite and you'll find a luxurious King bed, an inviting Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower, creating a private oasis for relaxation. For additional sleeping space, the media room thoughtfully includes cozy Twin bunks. The living room, not to be outdone, features a comfortable sofa sleeper, making the unit suitable for up to 6 guests.

The heart of this condo is its large private balcony, accessible from both the living area and Primary suite. Here, you can soak in the panoramic views of the Gulf, bask in the warmth of the sun, or simply enjoy the refreshing Gulf-coast breeze.

Stay connected and entertained with free WiFi, and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer ensures your vacation is as comfortable as possible.

The grilling area offers a convenient space for guests to enjoy outdoor cooking. The fitness center is available for those who wish to keep up with their exercise routine during their stay. This was an awesome vacation. The condo was very nice. We had everything we needed. The only mix up was at the beginning of our vacation; we had received the wrong passcode for the lock. We were able to call the number provided and received a new code. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We will be back soon. Thank you!

50th anniversary get-away

We had a nice relaxing stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was needing to mop the floors the very first day. Our feet (socks) were black after unpacking.

Great place to stay!

We stayed over 4th of July week and the condo was clean with a beautiful view! Check-In was easy and the property mgmt team were courteous, available, and provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

More than expected

Clean and kitchen well equipped

Loved this condo, kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. Condo very clean. Only complaint, had to wait on elevators to long because they were redoing floors in them and had only one elevator working for a few days of our stay.

Fun times

Our condo was beautiful and very clean, as was the rest of the property. The view and proximity to restaurants and other venues was excellent. We had a great time in Gulf Shores and will be visiting again. We will use this same complex if we can find a unit available.

Great get away

It was my first time to a beach and wasn't sure where to stay but knew I didn't want to stay in a crowed hotel room, my girlfriend and I found this beach front property and I wasn't sure it would be much different than a hotel but to my surprise it was completely different, totally private, didn't hear any noise from the neighbors, very well located in the middle of plenty to do and places to eat. The beach side balcony was a great place to sit in the evenings enjoying a cold beverage watching the beach goers as the sun set, plenty of space with the comforts of home made it hard to leave at the end of our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of taking a trip to the beach.

End of summer 2023 stay

We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for over 20 years and most of those were at the original Lighthouse. My husband and I felt that with this stay the cost was much higher than it should have been.

Great location!

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we couldn’t be more pleased with the condo and property overall. We had a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf and loved having sliding glass doors in our bedroom. The condo was in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was a short drive to other restaurants, attractions and the State park. The condo was nicely appointed and it was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The only drawback was the king mattress- it had a huge lump in the middle and was uncomfortable. Overall, fantastic experience and would definitely rent again!

Loved it!

Truly enjoyed our stay here!! The condo was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. I did look for an extra blanket as we had some chilly weather. Didn't find one so took the cover off the bunk bed. So my only suggestion would be to put an extra blanket in the closet. We have 0 complaints! We will be back!

Wonderful Condo and beach!

We always get this condo every year! We love it for 2 ppl. We were a little disappointed about not having access to balcony this year but not owners fault! People were working on our end! All in all we love the condo!
