Come on, let's go to AN's boathouse - it could sound something like this if you want to spend a few relaxing days on a floating house on the Baltic Sea. And then it doesn't matter whether you arrive with your own boat or by car. ANs Boothaus offers a car parking space right by the jetty and a boat mooring right by the house. There's no more convenient way to arrive!



With three terraces on three different levels, sun all day long, high-quality, modern Scandinavian-style furnishings and a Finnish sauna, AN's boathouse is the perfect holiday home.

The master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the first terrace awaits you on the ground floor. From the large, comfortable 180x200 double bed, you have a marvellous view of the water and, of course, the sky. Falling asleep and waking up couldn't be better. The second bedroom is also cosy and modern and has a double bed measuring 140x200.

The Finnish sauna with a window overlooking the water is waiting to pamper you and the bathroom with its floor-level shower leaves nothing to be desired.

Once you arrive on the first floor, the view will take your breath away for a moment! No matter which window you look out of or which direction you look in, water and ships are everywhere! An absolutely impressive experience.

The open-plan living/dining room with integrated kitchenette and dining area and its floor-to-ceiling windows exude a pure holiday feeling, making it easy to relax and unwind. The comfortable sofa can be transformed into another sleeping area in just a few simple steps and invites you to laze around, read and relax. And if the water cinema needs to be interrupted, a large television is available here. Working in the kitchen is a pleasure, as it is well equipped with all the utensils and always has a view of the water. And everything tastes even better on the terrace. In addition to stylish outdoor furniture, there is also a barbecue for cosy summer evenings.

The absolute highlight of AN's boathouse is without question the roof terrace. An overwhelming 360-degree panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the Schlei and the floating houses awaits you and is unrivalled! Up here you are a little closer to the sky and a little removed from the world and you wish that these moments would never end...



Our favourite spot: on the roof terrace in the beach chair shell and just enjoy... Please be aware that this is a floating house and that the currents and swell may cause some noise.

Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor area and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown.
