Comfortable VILLA - 6 people in a quiet area, close to the center, ideally located in a quiet area, impasse des Œillets, 400 m from the fine sandy beach close to the center. Pleasant accommodation, recommended for a good family vacation. Comprising: Living room/lounge with TELEVISION, Equipped kitchen: Stove with electric oven and ceramic hob - Fridge freezer section, microwave, WASHING MACHINE and DISHWASHER. Bathroom: shower cubicle, basin and separate WC. A bedroom with 1 double bed. Another bedroom 2 x 2 single bunk beds. A garage for storage use -
Enclosed GARDEN with terrace and garden furniture - Space for vehicle. Housekeeping for the tenant. Household linen not provided, rental possible from our partner, contact us. Heating from October 1 to May 31 in addition according to meter reading. Wifi rental possible with 5G box: €40/week

Maison très bien équipée; rien ne manque en cuisine, bonne orientation qui permet de garder la maison relativement agréable même en pleine canicule. Bien située. Idéale pour un couple avec 2 ou 3 enfants.
