Summary:
Welcome to our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Newly built Farmhouse! This is the perfect place for families and friends to gather and enjoy all that Lexington has to offer. The home has been professionally decorated with high end furniture and is stocked with everything you need to cook up a meal in the kitchen. The home also features a hot tub, game room for the kids, and ample outdoor space for enjoying the beautiful weather under the covered porch. We hope you enjoy your stay!

The Space:
This amazing home has been designed and decorated to make your stay as comfortable, fun or relaxing as possible. You'll find all of the basic amenities here including Hulu + Netflix access so you can enjoy some time off while traveling!

Internet is something we all need in our lives and this property has you covered with its high speed connection. It can stream multiple devices without any problem at all!

The Neighborhood:
The Kenwick neighborhood is a great place to call home with its central location and close proximity to some of Lexington's best attractions. Not only does this area feature an amazing local coffee shop just down the street, but you can also walk there from your house if need be! So next time we recommend grabbing breakfast or lunch at Kenwick Table before exploring what makes our city so intriguing - all while being steps away from where it starts happening.

Getting Around:
We're lucky to live in a city where driving is an easy option for getting around. The parking isn't usually too much of problem, and you can hail either Uber or Lyft right from your driveway!

We had a great stay - and loved the property. Great for a couples trip to the Bourbon Trail. Very close to many downtown Lexington restaurants, then a nightcap around the big dining room table!

My family loves playing games, and the separate building with all the games was fantastic! The house was roomy, bedrooms large, kitchen area large and well furnished. Nice covered area in back with a small fire pit - great conservation area. Owner was great to work with. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!

Graduation weekend

Wonderful home for our family during our daughter’s graduation weekend from UK. Large area downstairs allowing us plenty of room for friends and family. Large bedrooms. Outside area wonderful. Parking tight so easier with smaller vehicles but we made it work! Rain shower heads only in master and one other shower so hard for those of us with long hair. Plenty of closet room. LOVE the luggage racks. Great hosts! We would for sure stay again and we are pretty particular as property/rental owners ourselves.

Modern Home Near the City

This was a great property for the 6 of us adults. There was plenty of rooms and we loved that every room had king size beds and their own bathroom. The property was very clean with modern furnishings. There’s a cute coffee shop walking distance down the street. Seth was great! Easy to get hold of and very communicative about the property. We had a great time!

Beautiful home

This house was beautifully styled and the layout was perfect for our family of 6. We came to visit the UK, so it was a great location from the university. Kenwick Table a few blocks down was delicious.

Great property - outstanding communication from host

This house is spotless. It’s on a quiet street just a few short minutes drive from downtown Lexington. The property has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. The communication with our host was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again! The only thing I must highlight for future guests is that it’s really only a 4 BR house. The 5th “BR” is 2 double beds located in an upstairs hallway. It served our purposes just fine, but the 5th BR is not its own separate room with a closet and door for privacy, so it’s important to know that if you truly NEED 5 true BRs for your stay. That being said, the property is fantastic, and we had a great time. Thanks!!

Overall Great

Plenty of space with overall very clean. The garage space as a game room was my only knock on the stay. The quality of the space and the games were very lack luster unlike the photos. Overall a great stay and the host was easy to get ahold of.

Men's weekend in Lex

Seth's house was immaculate and had all the amenities and some, for a group of buddies and I. Seth did a wonderful job communicating with me before, during and after our stay. He was super accommodating in responding to any needs we had. My buddies (USMC veterans) and I have been doing a men's weekend in different cities for the past 13 years and Seth's house was the nicest of our stays all round!

Bourbon and Horses

Three couples made the trip to visit distilleries and horse farms. Great trip, improved by the excellent set-up for us: separate bedrooms and baths for each couple, plenty of common space and comfortable accommodations, and easy access to downtown and surrounding attractions.

Perfect Place for Lexington stay!

We loved our stay! Very well laid out for a larger group. We had 6 of us staying but definitely had room for more. Very nicely decorated, great amenities. Convenient location to downtown, easy to get around from here. Only gave it 4 stars bc there is a rooster that lives next door and woke us up pretty early in the morning. Seth and Jacob were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We loved this place and would ABSOLUTELY come back again!!

Beautiful House & FABULOUS Location !

The location is perfect- close to everything - downtown/bars/breakfast locations etc It was fabulous! The property is beautiful and was so nice for 8 ladies staying together. So much space, clean, and modern. Would 1000% stay here again!
