Step into this cozy beach house and be greeted by a comfortingly stylish living and dining area. Next, walk into a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need! Including a coffee and espresso machine! Right off the kitchen is the first bedroom with a comfortable full-sized bed and closet. The room has a private access to the backyard. Follow the hallway behind the farm doors and you will find the stackable washer and dryer! Continue down the hall to the newly renovated bathroom with a rain shower! Unwind in the lovely master bedroom with a king-sized bed and plenty of closet space in the walk-in closet. There is also a small work area looking into the private backyard. The master also has access to the private backyard oasis, perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing in peace. As you step out into the backyard, be mesmerized by the sight of hummingbirds fluttering around palm trees. Enjoy dinning outdoors or warm up in the evening next to the fire pit!
